Wonderful Product
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of this product is the core of our operations and has allow us to meet any expectations of our clients. They continue to update the platform with new and exciting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement I'd like to see is more options for customer services

Fulcrum allows me to supervise my team from any where.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track my work. I always have a backup of my data available. I can import and export data into different formats. It's easy to use. Its easy and quick to find assets in the field, as well as quickly inputting data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the picture saving process. It used to be straightforward, but now they added extra steps, that make naming photos a major pain. They have not introduced a photo naming convention/ the ability to have Fulcrum automatically label any pictures in a manner of your choosing. If Fulcrum had this ability, it would save me 3 or more hours every time I have to save pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum is helping me to inspect sewer and stormwater assets, andcreport them in a timely manner. I alsobhave every inspection that we have done in Fulcrum, which cuts down time, in the event that we have to revisit that structure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it to have a backup of your work, and to be able to track worker's progress.
We are using Fulcrum from last 3 Years, That will be great because its simplicity.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick create a template from web and capture data via fulcrum mobile app quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reaching the support team is needs to required very quickly from the mobile app itself. Something like Whatsapp support integration in mobile app usefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are capturing data for Agricultural organizations by which we understand the sustainability of business very quickly. On ground protocol implementation tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quick support with global timezone, as each country has few hours difference in timezone so some time quick chat or talks with fulcrum support agents as per country timezones will helpful to all clients.

The program has some glitches but can be remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Fulcrum to enter field data. Field forms are standardized for consistency across the company. Data is received immediately after field staff sync their mobile devices, enabling office staff to analyze it quickly.

We do flora and vegetation surveys and have to collect and manage a lot of spatial data in the field.
Fulcrum's easy to build, customisable phone applications allows us to collect, store and effectively manage this information saving us time.

Fulcrum is a great data collection tool that relies on the quality of your GPS on your phone to collect spatial data. Poor GPS, poor spatial data.

Online and Sync.. useful information for raw data.

It is the best option
Using Fulcrum to collect field data saves time when reporting is required.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Fulcrum in the field saves a lot of time imputing data. When synced, it allows other staff to see real-time information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our App has multiple layers, of which one is used locating specific sites to be removed, the sites are marked with colored pins which are red. Once the sites are removed it would be useful for the pins to change to the colour green but this cannot be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Fulcrum, our records were handwritten in the field then transferred into files kept on a server at the office. When reports are due, files were reviewed and the relevant information extracted. Now, only the information required for the report is reviewed, and the reporting time reduced.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prospective users should consider what information they require and how they want to use the collected data. Potential users should trial Fulcrum first to test if it is compatible with existing systems already in use.
