Simply doesn't work!

First, it's not working. I used a g5.4xlarge instance (16 vCPUs, 64GiB of RAM, massive GPU), after 2.5 hours of waiting, and clicking to get the instance screenshot, it still shows an empty Windows 10 boot screen. No text, no data, no system logs - nothing.
Monitoring with CloudWatch leads to nowhere - CPU usage is constant at 6.5% but no disk usage.
Also, because the maintainer would claim I'm ruining his business - I would love to contact you, but the "Contact Us" link you put gives 404, and trying to get support through your website leads to no answer on the contact us email (I waited 48 hours!).
So yeah, it's not working. Stay clear of this!
For the maintainer - I'm not jeopardizing your business. I'm a business owner myself, but when a customer tries to reach me, I don't take 48 hours to answer for support email, especially when it's a paying customer.
If I were to depend on your AMI - my business would be ruined. Good thing I just wanted to make a POC.
