Vic.ai is very user friendly and is much easier to approve/disapprove any documents

Some times the mail goes to spam and finding them is hard.

Ease and accuracy!
What do you like best about the product?
Detailed receipt review, ease of use. I like being able to review actual receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Everything works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving paper receipts for monthly expense reporting.

Vic AI helps our team streamline the payment process for invoices and other payment requests. It helps us organize our team and operations to track spending!

I wish it were easier to pull reports related to what each employee has uploaded for payment.

It helps us process payments in an organized manner.
I absolutely love the amount of time I save with this seamless system!

Sometimes I forget to check for approvals, and miss the notification. I wish it would automatically send out reminder notifications

Time management! I save so much more time since I have started using Vic
Really makes invoice review and approval effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Vic.ai parses an invoice to provide all the necessary general ledger information, thus allowing for allocation across accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the parsing of an invoice is incorrect, requiring manual correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Vic.ai, we had to manually review each invoice and denote GL account allocation information manually on the invoice.
Make your life easier
What do you like best about the product?
The AI does a reaaly great job of reading and pulling the data from invoices. As the system learns, it make data entry easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have is that the email headers are not included on the backup, so it can be difficult to see the original header data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to be paperless by storing the invoices and it saves us time on data entry. Then the data can sync to the accouting system, flawlesly.
A powerful tool for the right tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Vic.AI does a great job for certain Accounts Payable transactions and saves our firm a lot of time recording routine transactions. Support has been nothing but helpful and there are many useful features that many competitors don't offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vic.AI is constantly improving and there are a few tools that feel a bit clunky to use. I would also like to see more sorting and report options in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vic.AI saves our firm a lot of time by remembering recurring transactions and providing a great starting point to recording invoices, this additional time saved helps to make sure liabilities are paid in a timely manner.
Innovative Invoice Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that paper invoices can be managed electronically via Vic.ai

At the moment the site is not easily understood, but still a learning process

No problems currently, but very good customer service for any technical calls. Very patient and understanding.
Time Saving Invoice Processing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Vic.ai's autonomous invoice processing solves the problem modern-day finance teams face - the constraints of rules and templates. Training the AI on historical data makes implementation and user training simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have a direct API integration with our ERP, Peoplesoft yet, but I hear its coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time processing is moving us away from waiting for invoices to be coded overnight. Now we don't rely on rigid rules and templates. This creates amazing efficiencies and provides us with real-time data for process improvement and spend intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
We’re a reseller of Vic.ai, onboard clients to their platform, and also facilitate integrations with Vic.ai’s API and ERP systems, so we know the solution in and out and can say that there’s nothing in the market similar to Vic.ai.

Nothing as of yet. Their support to partners like us is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vic.ai makes our clients more productive and improves their working capital and vendor cost management (the latter due to the prescriptive analytics they provide). When our clients are happy, we’re happy!
