Keep it secured
What do you like best about the product?
Satori has everything to work with highly secured data especially for startup it helps to grow, streamline of online practices on single package. It has very good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Satori is low speed on performance and UI should be better on upgrading on time updates. It's bit expensive for startup brands. It needs to have trail version until to get familiar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me to take full control of my business data. I'm very happy to use automate my work with sequencing, managing, organizing became helpful for me to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Satori is highly regarded, timely support for accessing the platform effectively could be improved,Furthermore, the lack of clear and comprehensive guidance made the onboarding process difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Satori solves the business problem of securing sensitive customer data hosted on the cloud, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, preventing data leakage, and providing automated and scalable access control. By addressing these challenges, Satori helps businesses maintain data security, build customer trust, and avoid potential penalties associated with data breaches

Timely support could be better in order to access the platform effectively.

1. Securing sensitive customer data hosted on the cloud- It ensures that the sensitive customer data is secure & the organisation is compliant with customer data privacy . It ensures that the customer faith is intact & the organisation don't have to worry about customer data leakage & penalty associated with it

What do you like best about the product?
Satori was rather easy to implement and their support and guidance during the process were outstanding. We immediately get out-of-the-box features like a catalog, tags of various kinds (ex: PII, Financials, PHI) and our data is protected in real-time. Satori was easy to integrate with both oour Snowflake Data Warehouse and Looker which is our BI tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not encounter any noticeable drawbacks when implementing and using Satori Cyber.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Satori we can protect our data, and have tight control over what every person in the company is allowed to see when accessing Snowflake and/or Looker. Policies can be very granular and targeted which makes the system very flexible. Compliance and auditing become less of a chore as Satori maintains logs of all data access and can also export those logs back to us via a Snowflake share, enabling reporting outside their console.

Satori is a must-have tool for any DataSecOps team.
It introduces a holistic and secure approach to accessing and managing sensitive data sets.
Once implemented, we are now able to grant secure, manageable and government data-store temporal access in an easy, maintainable way without the need to develop an in-house solution for each data store.
Satori's team is highly initiative and collaborative and open to any new idea and/or approach.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the statistics of data usage in very elegant way. The data access automation, ad-hoc work prevention, manual review elimination are some of the exciting features to talk about
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a one stop solution as several features are missing like email management, quality control etc..

Data classification, sensitive data protection and self service access to data through automation

Satori Cyber does automatic data classification! I have never seen such accurate and quick attribute scanning before!
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience has a curve to it. It took me a while to understand. However, when I did, it was very quick and easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Slack for internal systems, Satori Cyber is helping me streamline data workflow using Slack.
Best for monitoring data usage and automate access controls
What do you like best about the product?
The first thing is they have 24x7 customer support. For features, it gives access to data discovery, mapping, and profiling. Users can even do policy and roles management
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a ton of features that I could use like Deletion Management, Email Management, Process Management, Storage Management, etc. It would be really great if they can add data analysis and quality control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Satori Cyber, I can monitor the data flow across all data stores in real time. Yes, I'm able to get more productive and the performance of my business is also increased.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, helpful and quick support. Easy to deploy and push across different environments.

Faced frequent issues in EKS based setup.

In a very short while Satori managed to present a great product that can do everything we were looking for, including: classification of sensitive information, access management (defining column and row-level permissions), integration with our identity provider (e.g. Okta), and basically managing the entire data access to our DWH
