Intuitive Visual Interface That Makes Troubleshooting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Its visual interface, how everything is (at some degree) intuitive and easy to use.
From a Technical Customer Support Agent perspective, is easy to spot when something is not working as expected, as in invalid data coming from our clients, and this helps the troubleshooting of cases.
From a Technical Customer Support Agent perspective, is easy to spot when something is not working as expected, as in invalid data coming from our clients, and this helps the troubleshooting of cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
In specific case as the amount of data is too big, it is not easy to fin everything that we need in the same job that ran, so we need to continue the troubleshooting somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration of customer data into our own SaaS.
Efficient Integration with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Workato to develop integrations for customers, and what I like most is its simplicity and support. The platform is pretty simple, easy to use, and has the features we need. The support team is pretty responsive when we need help. Setting up Workato was very easy, and they provided excellent support during onboarding. Also, building the connectors with Workato is straightforward, and building recipes is even easier because it's basically no-code or low-code sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could provide more out-of-the-box connectors so we don't need to build too many. Another thing that would be helpful is if they provided the code for their out-of-the-box connectors, this way we could copy and build our own on top of that, with the features we need, but they don't contain. Another thing to be improved is their pace of delivering enhancements. We submit lots of enhancement requests, but it seems we will never see those improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workato to integrate our system with third parties for our customers, speeding up development. It simplifies integration with easy, no-code or low-code recipes, and the responsive support enhances the experience.
Powerful, Easy-to-Use Platform for Building Complex Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Workato combines powerful features with an easy to use interface and logic that allows for complex integrations to be built with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the training material was even more in-depth than it already is and that the native AI features in recipe builders was better at predicting recipe structures, and intended outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is allowing us to build complex integrations and deploy them quickly while giving us an integrated platform to maintain their operations and monitor their success. Without it, we wouldn't be able to output complex process orchestration at the level we do.
