Automate with ease and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
The features and ease of use. They are updating the platform constantly to meet the current technologies. Customer support is great. Integrations are the best. And implementation is fairly easy. It can be used for automating daily mundane tasks and use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task based pricing is a limiter for smaller companies

Automations of common workflows and Integrations between various enterprise softwares

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly automating our processes and data that needs to be transferred on a daily and weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't have any dislikes at the moment

Great Support from Shyam and Breogan

Simple to use and great supporting documentation. Onboarding sessions with Shyam were incredibly useful.

Accuratly moving data between multiple cloud based sources freeing up time from manualy updating data

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the platform and how quickly it has made a difference to our business. We are using it to support business processes that it is not really designed to manage, but it has managed to not only deliver but excel at these workflows.
We are starting to exapnd its use through the wider team.
Whenever a new use case comes up, Workato can inevitably handle it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial implementation took a while as we had so many use cases to choose from.
it was confusing at first for new users, especially with the On Prem agents and the config of the connections on grouped servers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to support our overnight supply chain batch processing. This is a fundamental control mechanism in our replenishment processing and is used daily.
We also use it to manage our Retail APIs as well as to support our DRS scheme APIs.

Workato: flexible, easy to use and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of designing recipes is well deigned with tiles and it is similar to a flow chart. Workato can connect to basicallly any data source whether it is located in the cloud or on premise. It works well with ERP systems as well.
It is also robust and reliable. Plus low code and it has an "AI" helper in case of need. Customer support is also helpful most of the time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind on negative aspects of Workato.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To transport data from Domo to an advanced planning system called Kinaxis.
An intuitive tool for software integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use and implement. It is very versatile as it can get data from both direct connection to the applications and API calls. It runs reasonably fast and can be a great tool for integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
In the future I would like Workato to focus a bit more on looping and loop opertions, such as adding while loops and making it easier to do operations on lists. It is an area with room for improvements for the developer's experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to integrate ServiceNow with Jira and we did it through Workato.
Been using product almost 4months now and #1 tool for integrations from my experience

It's easy to get used to, limitless possibilities and getting better and better constantly.

Prebuilt connectors to streamline workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Workato provides prebuilt connectors that opens opportunities for our background check services to integrate with additonal payroll, ATS and HCM systems we previously did not have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found the team at Workato to be very responsive and available so I do not have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibilty of using API to work with HR Tech providers that we did not have prior access to.
IPaaS which is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is user-friendly which helps users with no developer experience also to create integration. Customer support chat feature which helps the developers to resolve their problems easily.Recently, we implemented our employee off-boarding process which results in significant time savings for our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although workato, has features which allow users to create the recipes without code, some complex scenarios can be easily accomodated with Code instead of using multiple steps with consuming more tasks. Workato offers Python and Javascript features but those are all having limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato allows the developers to create integrations in hours. Logging,Prebuilt connectors features which helps the developers to create integrations easily. We implemented our employee offboarding process with the help of workato.
A good experience being a beginner to start using it.
