Best Integration App Available

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy of use, flexibility, and the wide selection of apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a better way to track errors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to integrate apps that otherwise would take a significant amount of code. It allows non-developer users to perform complex integrations through clicks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best integration app on the market. You won't find another one with as much functionality and the number of available apps.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get up and running with Workato. Their quick start service has been wonderful to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Workato is more of a front end app interface than many of its competitors, some things aren’t as intuitive as you might expect. That’s not to say it’s not easy to use- there’s just a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a nonprofit organization, we have to keep our overhead costs as low as possible. The automation we’re able to do with Workato has saved the organization from having to hire more staff, which allows us to keep that overhead lower. The cost is easily justified when you consider the cost of hiring people to do the same work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is much more user friendly than the competitors we considered, but it’s just as robust.

user interface - extremely easy - even for non IT guy like me.

very hard to find 3rd party vendors in Israel

integration from SF to QB. super easy and saves a lot of time to our finance department.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is very quick to respond and willing to walk you through anything via chat. If chat is not enough then they invite you on to the daily 1-hour screen share session known as the expert hour. Screens are shared and they walk you through setting up or troubleshooting the needed recipes or they can drive for you while explaining the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a good idea to rely on the templates too much. Every business is different and most of the templates are specific to those businesses. We have found that it is generally better to start from scratch so not that much is saved as anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less data entry. Systems across all areas of the business communicating with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato has helped turned our procedures from clunky & repetitive to smoothly automated in a short amount of time. I love that in Workato, I can create commands based on specific data or fields, & it's specific to our company & our needs. I also love that over time, as I've found small things that can be improved, that I can just sign into Workato & play around with recipes until I can solve my own problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I've found with Workato is that the recipe-building process is lengthy & the requirements are not always crystal clear. While I completely understand the logic behind the required steps for a successful recipe, I also feel that it's not always presented in an easy-to-follow format for a user that has entry-level programming skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has drastically improved our invoicing procedures by completely eliminating duplicate data entry. Before, invoices would be created in Quickbooks, then all of that data would be manually inputted into QuickBase. Not only was it time-consuming, but it left quite a bit of room for human error. Now with Workato, invoices are created based on specific fields changing in QuickBase, & invoice data is passed back & forth between both programs. Not only has it reduced data entry by 50%, it has also reduced errors by nearly 90%. By making our invoicing process faster & more accurate, we are able to speed up the payment process, & actually improves our colletion rate as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend some level of understanding in programming in order to hit the ground running while using this product. Workatao does offer training, however, I have not had a chance to try it our yet. I will say that there is very little helpful information available outside of Workato's own website.

I love Workato!

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of Community Recipes available so, often, what you want to accomplish has already been done by another user and you just need copy a recipe and tweak it to your specific needs. When you do create a recipe from scratch the steps are very intuitive and support is very helpful when you can't figure out how to accomplish a specific thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When error conditions exist and are corrected and resent, the original error remains out there and there doesn't seem to be a way to clear these errors (though if you process the error from the error record itself, the error does go away.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a consulting firm and have used Workato for several of our clients to send invoices and payments from Salesforce to QuickBooks Online, and to update shared Google calendars from Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have used Workato to solve one business need and then found that we could connect to a different app and solve another problem without buying another product.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is easy to use, and it goes deep in integration with Infusionsoft (which is the CRM we use) like nothing I've ever seen
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. Sometimes when you integrate several Stripe accounts it gets messy as you have to activate and deactivate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to get integration between payments and our CRM, and workato is the best tool out there to make that happen.
