Fixes my problems
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very light dev work. The UI is super intuitive so my admins are able to easily troubleshoot and manage new workflows. The on boarding process was also great -super helpful staff that went above and beyond.
It's super extensible and we can connect to anything with api endpoints, including our internal systems.
Pricing is super friendly, too. It's easy to project my budget and ROI since it's based on recipe and workflow automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
They could use more native integrations -Zapier is definitely more extensive so we end up using a little more direct HTTP APIs than I want (which requires me to engage a developer) -Biz Dev team seems pretty engaged, though and we can get integrations made when necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to integrate advanced workflows between 5 or 6 SaaS softwares and our internal native system. We've been able to remove several HC worth of manual work and our follow-up activities are much more timely.

iPaaS that allows non-engineer business users to maintain flows
What do you like best about the product?
We automated tasks that were manually performed in the company using Workato. As an engineer, I respond to business user requests by creating recipes in Workato. The great thing about Workato is that after creating a recipe, you can entrust its operation and maintenance to the user who made the request. When creating a recipe, I make it partway and then leave the rest to them. This approach allows for quick adaptation to field additions and changes in conditions, making it more efficient.
The GUI of Workato is intuitive, so when I explain it, I often hear "I want to try it." The biggest attraction is that business users can modify recipes to suit their requirements and check error logs.
Since the logic can be easily modified, we can discuss and improve our operations while also updating the recipes.

What do you dislike about the product?
You can manage recipe versions, but it's unclear where changes were made in each version. It would be good if you could view the differences between versions and add comments to them.

Before implementing Workato, the tasks of "downloading CSV files from the reception system" and "importing CSV into the step mail system," which were done manually, have been automated, reducing the daily 30-minute task to just 1 second. Different types of data required separate downloads and CSV imports, and manual handling often led to mistakes. Mistakes were unavoidable.
By implementing Workato, it was enough to just check the results on Slack. Labor-saving and error prevention were achieved in a short period (about 3 days).

What do you dislike about the product?
Make more prebuilt connectors available so we can use Workato more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to establish an integration between Jira and NetSuite to automate the flow of data for timesheeting an invoicing. This has improved our ability to produce more accurate reports with real-time sync and minimise human errors on manual tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Workato for anyone looking for an iPaaS solution for their business. It is very easy to setup and navigate the platform - took us only two weeks from initial set up to testing and implementing the recipes in our environment and ready for deployment.
Great product! Wonderful team!
What do you like best about the product?
The team members are very professional, knowledgeable, quick to response. My first experience with John Deeb was spectacular compared to all other products I chose to contact. I find all engineers very helpful and well versed in the product.
In terms of the product itself, I find it very useful, efficient & robust. The error handling method is very practical and handy. The error in general has more information compared to other tools I've used so easy to figure out the cause. I also like the fact that there can be callable recipes, lookup tables and variables which makes the integration easier and beneficial.

What do you dislike about the product?
Until now I haven't found anything that's concerning or a disadvantage to Gentrack's requirement. There has always been a solution even if we were stuck at some point. This wasn't the case with our previous provider so I am very happy with Workato at this stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the product for integrating Jira and Netsuite which saves a lot of manual work for us. Moreover, the efficiency saves much of time and effort we spend on working without an integrator.
Errors are notified and allows us to work on it instantly which is one of the incredible benefits we've seen as it helps with normalizing customer impact as well. Real-time syncs helps in achieving results quickly and in timely manner.

You can do anything without coding.
What do you like best about the product?
You can do anything without coding. It can be easily modified and executed immediately. Quick response to questions. With the SDK, it can integrate with anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still few connectors for Japanese applications. There is still no instance in Japan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integration between multiple applications and automation of routine tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Actually try it out to confirm if it meets your company's business requirements, and understand the extent of what can be done without coding. The range of what we can do ourselves has expanded without having to request from an SIer. Since there is an SDK, it is possible to integrate with any application (expecting the community to be well-developed).
The UI is pretty straight forward, and easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
It comes with many connectors to ease implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are many fields needs to input within the same step, it will be hard to manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud services connect to on-prem services with the workato on-prem agent
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy of use when the flow is not too complicated
Workato is easy to use and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Best part of Workato is the ability to create scripts to automate manual tasks without code . Connections are easy to setup too. This also allows other departments (Non-technical departments) in Grab to be able to use Workato to create automations without having to leverage on IT’s help, thus increasing productivity. Workato is also flexible as it can customise connectors and connect with any applications that exposes their API.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we can select certain steps and just run those few steps instead of the whole recipe. This is especially helpful when our recipes are too long and we are troubleshooting some parts. Another pain Point is to shift multiple parts of a recipe (Eg like a Ctrl button and choose the steps we want) instead of manually shifting one step at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By creating Workato recipes, we are able to automate manual tasks and reduce man hours. Time is one of the most valuable resource of employees, saved time in one area means more time can be put in higher value tasks. Less time can also be spent on routine tasks that requires less mental effort.
Another benefit is that we save on the effort and time required for business teams to explain their business use case to IT and for us to create the automation scripts. With Workato, business teams are able to create their own automation themselves.

Integration with other applications can be done very smoothly with Workato.
What do you like best about the product?
It can easily integrate with the Workplace we use, and sample creation is available. Integration with other applications and the use of APIs can be done through a GUI, making it easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was used to the previous UI, but the new UI is difficult to use. The text for changing actions in the Edit screen is also small. At first, I didn't know how to return from the Edit screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it is being conducted in a test environment, but since data connection in the on-premises environment is easy, it can be carried out very smoothly from the development side.
A tool that facilitates integration between applications
What do you like best about the product?
The setup of the connection requires assistance from an engineer, but once integrated, if there are built-in actions, even non-engineers can easily manage the integration. The support response is excellent, and if the inquiry is in English, you can expect a preliminary response within a few hours, providing a sense of reassurance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For actions not defined by default, it is necessary to define them using something like CustomAction. As for the pricing structure, options are set for each function, so I think it would be better if the pricing structure were simpler.
