Finally a great customer service experience
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to get a knowledgeable person on the phone without too much of a time delay. I was not transferred from person to person and my contact listened and problem solved my issues with me directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little challenging to find a direct phone number at first. Qualtrics wants you to go through their process to locate the correct person to help you. This is probably a much better approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was conducting research and my survey was not functioning properly, my logic was incorrect and I could not see where the error was happening. My contact walked me through it and showed me how to solve the problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the base camp trainings if you are new to the tool.
Good tool for Survey designing and data analysis.
What do you like best about the product?
The process of creating the questions are easy and efficient. Up to medium complexity surveys can be design easily and quickly. It gives you good look and feel so you can create interacting surveys which gives good respondents experience. We can see the data real time to create report which helps in data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is very difficult in this tool. Generally, grid type of questions where you need to show multiple columns with different look and feel is required complex jQuery skill here should be some more default custom questions types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You do not need huge technical knowledge to start designing the surveys. You can train someone within a week on this tool. Data analysis is easy with the dashboard. We are programming small surveys efficiently and quickly it is time-saving for us and increases our productivity in survey designing.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the realistic questions available for feedback with a drill down approach. We used qualtrics to rate our experience with SAP and implementation partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualtrics supports broad categories as of now. I would like to see some feedback questionnaire targeted towards smaller teams and the issues they might be facing in day to day activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualtrics we are able to solve higher level issues, wherein if developers are facing issues for requirement gathering from customers or freezing the requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbuilt stuff like questions and other basic things to deliver a project for small to medium range clients is the best liked feature about CX

More inbuilt workflows should have been added to the custom build which can be used or not used upon requirement

Helping customers get to know their loyal customers, how their feedbacks matter is been achievable thorogh CX

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and gets the job done. Minimal to no training required.

Requires re-training the organization to move away from previous tools.

Learning in real-time about customer pain points that can then be addressed

What do you like best about the product?
The programme can be easily written by users. The guide and customer experience was seamless too. Over all , a great product worth to brush up your skills.

I think there is almost nothing to dislike about Qualtrics

I programmed a consumer centric survey. It really helped in remote locations.

I used all the features and settings available in Qualtrics. The great feature-loaded design of the questionnaire certainly is one of the reasons why Qualtrics is better than other tools.

It took me some time to learn all the features and settings. But once you master it, you will be able to take full advantage of all its functions. The software requires some training.

I designed student surveys. Qualtrics helped me to manage large amounts of data and survey a large number of respondents.

Great tool to gather Feedback and Survey
What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics is easy to configure for surveys, Feedback, and Polls. We can see results real-time. We can create Reports and Dashboards to see the results, which is easy to review and analyze data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little expensive, but based on what functionalities Qualtics provide looks like it is worth it for the organization, which needs frequent Surveys and Polls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to send Google Forms to send surveys, while Qualtrics is more real-time, easy to store data along with more user friendly to analyze the study and feedback results later.
