The pinnacle of social media management

What do you like best about the product?
Engagor makes its money on the wide range functionality it provides in terms of controlling what you see, what you handle, and what you automate. Truly a marvel to behold.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I find most disheartening is the limitation on batch editing which is limited to only 500 mentions, which can sometimes make editing mentions in bulk slightly bothersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing wholesome customer service via social media channels
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're trying to realize customer fulfillment in a new innovative way, then Clarabridge should be your first dial.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool to analyze messages from our players coming in from Facebook, Twitter, and Zendesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it's not the tool's primary purpose, but the sentiment analysis on the emails that get pulled from Zendesk is very poor. We were made aware of this during our onboarding process, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be that we had to query our data base of millions of emails using key words in order to find the type of content we were looking for. We then had to export this file to Excel and read through messages manually and sort them this way.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good tool to track performances - making the most accurate scoping for our client.
Good overview on all the conversations.
Easy to assign tasks to people.
Make sure the client sees what's most important and reacts on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to use GIFs within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very good tool to track performances - making the most accurate scoping for our client.
We have now clear conversation management processes with our dear client!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To organise workshops with Clarabrige sales people and your client at the same time. This will definitely help your business and the processes with your client.

What do you like best about the product?
I have tried most the most popular tools for moderation, and I can say Clarabridge is the best and we have been using it for 4 years now

Their technical team needs to be faster when responding to new networks and channels

We have a big team and we have 4 different brands and Clarabridge easily help me as social media director to monitor and manage all teams and measures the performance of each and all of them

What do you like best about the product?
Measurement tools are pretty good for reporting. Being able to tag mentions for reporting and see what is trending. I do like the fact that the user's email field was added so that we can easily search the same location for looking up an account.

I do like the fact about chat and we are able to write and talk about problems. They are not always solved right away, but they always respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instability with other agents. It seems like when we have four+ agents it gets squishy and we are always having to refresh or restart to see each other. A more streamlined UI in each mention so that we are understanding one mention at a time. I would like to see automation that allows our users to input their basic information so that does not have to be requested.

There needs to be more stability within the linking of our system ZenDesk ticketing system. Almost too frequently, the little spaceship is popping up and saying error. More work needs to be done so that a smooth transition is always linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, our main goal is seeing trending issues that are the first before anyone else sees it. Mainly when updates occur on our platform, there always is a problem associated somehow and somewhere. While keeping our volume low we are able to pinpoint problems and react.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Verify stability when operating with a rather large agent base.

It gives a super simple overview of all queries from the channels I need sight of.

Not much, the App could be a little smoother.
