Qualtrics Customer Experience is the most complete and easiest to use in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like this system because it has a very friendly interface where it allows me to monitor the opinions of my clients of my clients and it gives me the possibility of going into action. I can improve the processes by assigning roles to each member of my team. work and thereby encourages the sense of belonging and improve the organizational climate.

Without a doubt, it seems to me a very complete system since it gives me the most complete possibility to get in direct contact with them and to close the gap of dissatisfied customers of my products and services offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have no problems with this system, however, at first if it took me a long time to get used to it. Although I must note that I had a lot of technical assistance thanks to the customer service team of this software. Also, sometimes I get delayed in my work because when it is updated it does it slowly without giving an opportunity to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this system, we can execute complete analyzes, in order to measure the impact caused by our products and services, and also allow us to share information with my work team, this system is easy to understand allowing us to improve customer service.

Also, I like the attention provided by the customer service team because with their assistance I have been able to train online and solve problems arising from the system and incidents done in a fortuitous manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend this system because it is a very complete and flexible system, which has allowed me to grow and improve processes in which I did not think it could happen. I can say that this system is a bit expensive, but it is worth the investment since you will undoubtedly improve in each of the processes.

Filtering can be confusing for new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can easily filter your personal surveys, or compare to colleagues, or see entire dealership's reviews somewhat easily. I can organize my surveys and see who of my clients has submitted and who I am still waiting no.

What do you like best about the product?
The way Engagor allows you to filter incoming mentions to different folders and subfolders making it easy to access your customers, respond to them without having to go through the noise of the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Engagor would stop me from making public tweets when I'm responding to a customer who has already deleted his mention because it always gets me into trouble with the management. Engagor does show a warning message on the screen when you're attempting to reply to something that has been deleted, however, I have the attention span of a fish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling complaints and serving inquiries over social media
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clarabridge is a hidden gym by all means that really needs more recognition. I guarantee that businesses regardless of scope will manage to find everything they need in this solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Engagor's ability to track individual performance makes it easy to look at your net productivity in terms you can easily understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sticky filters drive me nuts! Basically, Engagor has this thing where if you open up a new tab it would automatically hold over any previous filter you had used earlier which can yield a small inconvenience by having to adjust your filter all the damn time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service over social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just jump on the bandwagon. Engagor is pretty much the one solution on the market that puts its money where its mouth is.

What do you like best about the product?
Engagor makes its money on the wide range functionality it provides in terms of controlling what you see, what you handle, and what you automate. Truly a marvel to behold.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I find most disheartening is the limitation on batch editing which is limited to only 500 mentions, which can sometimes make editing mentions in bulk slightly bothersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing wholesome customer service via social media channels

If you're trying to realize customer fulfillment in a new innovative way, then Clarabridge should be your first dial.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool to analyze messages from our players coming in from Facebook, Twitter, and Zendesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it's not the tool's primary purpose, but the sentiment analysis on the emails that get pulled from Zendesk is very poor. We were made aware of this during our onboarding process, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be that we had to query our data base of millions of emails using key words in order to find the type of content we were looking for. We then had to export this file to Excel and read through messages manually and sort them this way.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good tool to track performances - making the most accurate scoping for our client.
Good overview on all the conversations.
Easy to assign tasks to people.
Make sure the client sees what's most important and reacts on time.

Difficult to use GIFs within the platform.

I have tried most the most popular tools for moderation, and I can say Clarabridge is the best and we have been using it for 4 years now
