Qualtrics CX review
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely user-friendly and the Dashboards have helped us collect data in real-time. On top of that, we have been able to generate many useful insights with the help of Dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say pricing, as the license price has increased in recent years and it has been difficult for us to manage the board to convince them to use Qualtrics. So please try to get the pricing down if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us in improving my CSAT score for various products and also helped me monitor the engagement of the employees. With the use of the ticketing feature, We get to know when something is wrong in the organization. Also, the Dashboards have been a lifesaver at times, we were able to increase the sales by 30% with the help of the insights generated.

Very good. Very easy to use as other "free" softwares, but better functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to develop a survey for both PC and mobile at the same time and seeing - in real-time - the presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the ball gets rolling it is easy to generate, but there are many features that are not intuitively displayed "out of the box."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post customer escalation, Qualtirs is helping us measure and quantify how the engagement was handled, to what level of satisfaction the customer was treated, and also using the survey to solicit for reviews and public use of information.
Simple and Easy tool, but needs improvements and more user friendly functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics CX is a simple and easy tool to use. Its user interface is simple and is easy to build surveys and have them maintained. Also the web intercepts work well with the logics and it is also easy to setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The XM Directory needs more updates, basic features like using a Filter to extract data on a ongoing basis using API is unavailable. It has set a basic parameters that can be used. but i would like something similar to exporting responses. wherein using a filterID i can filter as i need. a similar functionality of using filter ID in XM Directory will be useful.. Similar to this there are few more example wherein we use day to day that can be improved and can have a bigger impact on our experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it helps us to measure our experience and key touch points across our value chain and also help identify customers who are unhappy or dissatisfied and helps target them and help them get a resolution faster. Identifying the problem areas in our process and products help to come up with improvement plans to fix these and help improve the experience of cusomers/partners.
The best platform for experience management, and is not just for private businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
The entire suite of tools can be used for customer experience management, data and experience management. Their core tool is XM Directory and that allows us to track candidates from admission through graduation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the items could be more robust or allow for more manual control. Manual updates are complicated and are accomplished via .csv import, but that is overkill for some tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage our students and relevant data for assessment and accreditation that is not permitted in our university's student management platform. This information is critical.
There are a lot of features which can be used, and many more limitations of those features

Almost anything is possible, some builds use in-built features and some have be custom built

A lot of features have to be built and aren't available out of the box

The Qualtrics team is quick to respond to any technical questions and have helped our team trouble shoot through many issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we do need to call back a few times to be connected to someone who is able to answer our specific question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product helps us understand user experience in our survey use. We are always trying to optimize the best way for participants to interact with our surveys.

The interface is relatively straightforward to use and used widely.

There are a lot of confusing aspects about Qualtrics that could be fixed with better documentation or available resources online.

Qualtrics Creates Surveys that Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can start a survey from the bottom up or can rely on a set template to produce surveys.
We use Qualtrics for elections, surveys, and notekeeping. It is really great.

What do you dislike about the product?
I must say that I lose track of all the different versions and improvements that they put out. These are a bit confusing as to just getting the surveys done and out the door. Overall, I like the software, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics helps me conduct elections in our institution quickly and anonymously. This improvement vastly frees up time that was lost in the paper administration of elections.
