My two-year experience with Celonis
What do you like best about the product?
The best opportunities to create beautiful and complete reports.
The presence of many functions that extend functionality.
Simplicity and clarity of system settings.
Frequent product updates with the addition of new functionality.
Availability of technical support-usually all questions I get an answer in 2-3 days.
A good set of partner material which contains many examples of presentations for different business areas.
Availability of content store with a set of ready-made reports on the analysis of most business processes such as procurement, sales, incident management, etc.for the most famous programs.
Ability to create reports using different languages (localization for users)
Availability of license options: annual subscription or purchase of perpetual license
A good affiliate program - actively support partners who provide a demo version that provides training.
Actively create local success stories-on youtube you can find many success stories in different languages

What do you dislike about the product?
Weak documentation-all questions have to contact technical support. All the knowledge is concentrated in the minds of developers and they have to get hard every time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the efficiency of business processes. The lack of a single point of "truth" in the company where there is all the information about how the processes actually work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to try the product on your data in the pilot project. Definitely! The vendor needs to strengthen the product documentation. I see that there are great opportunities that many simply do not know.

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is proven enterprise level Process Mining platform. Great performance and amazing development.
What do you dislike about the product?
In most cases Celonis licenses have to be sold through SAP.

Celonis provides maximum transparency for business processes. Using Celonis platform you can analyse and improve even very complicated comprehensive processes.

An Effective, Visually Impressive Mining Display To Improve Web Function
What do you like best about the product?
Our firm first used the generous, no card required, 30 day trial of Celonis to test the various processes performed by our media website when a visitor interacts with a site function. Even we were surprised by the neat display of progressive functioning and how the application clearly displayed what can be improved upon to make the function at hand quicker and/or more reliable every time someone interacts with the media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the flow charts were either slow to display or, ironically, mis titled. However, we were able to manually fix this with the help of their customer support team. Sometimes the application did not adapt to accurately diagnosis different functions on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to diagnosis potential issues and higher traffic times before they happen so we can appropriately prepare. It is also a cost effective option and useful for both large and smaller firms, and will likely yield unexpected results as their is a multitude of "behind the scenes" functioning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The paid version includes great features that were beta tested in trial version, so it is reliable. Customer service is also very welcoming and knowledgable if you have any issues.
Must have for all process driven companies
What do you like best about the product?
Business user and decision maker compatibility. Most other big data tools are targeted or require IT users. Celonis is different. Once the platform stands, the data models are defined and some basic / initial dashboards have been setup, business users that can do Excel and Power Point just need a little training mostly in terms of understanding and they can depart on their own and will love this tool, its speed and ease of use to get answers and insights
What do you dislike about the product?
License policy could be better especially around the content store. Also Celonis growing rapidly so capacity is of course a challenge. But so far this was not a problem. Our sales rep and customer success manager are perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identified new levels of process improvements in short time. Fact based instead of gut based discussions. for example improvement of working capital through faster cycle times in order to cash or cost saving through higher levels of automation or ensuring the investment taken in process improvements earlier are actually working out as designed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a pilot and pick your scope wisely. Don't try to solve every business topic at the same time but focus on 3 major pain points and additionally do a discovery, looking for unknown pain points. Always cross check the credibility of your data. People will always channel your data first and question it. Bring IT, Business, Data Science and an Agile Moderator to your workshops.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and many possibilities to adapt the dashboards to different client needs. Very easy SAP connection and data extraction. No need of complex data modeling to have great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to sell because of its high price. Proves of concept need a lot of effort on clients side

Data discovery of inefficiencies, bottlenecks in each process inside the company, data-driven optimization
Celonis Is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to quickly explore huge amounts of data. Quickly going from 6 million records to a focused few based on very flexible criteria has been a game changer. The process visualizations and KPIs have allowed our Lean/Six Sigma team to become much more effective by allowing them to zero in on problem areas without having to create ad hoc reports or conduct the standard "process explanation" discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the paradigm shift from standard BI reporting to Process Mining can be a little difficult for people to grasp. This really isn't a fault of the Celonis product, but an educational battle we're fighting now that Celonis is gaining popularity at our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've cut down cycle times in our order to cash processes in partnership with our internal Lean/Six Sigma organization. We're able to track productivity and throughput time improvements related to IT enhancements as well.

Outranged price depending on the targeted customer. The product has to be adapted to smaller customers in terms of costs.

Powerful tool that gives you the necessary insights
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can slice and dice every dimension to get to the core of the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the datamodel is quite a time-consuming task if you ask me, especially if you made a single error in one table and you have to upload the table once again and go through all selection screens again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially efficiency gains and risk identification in issuing loans to small and medium enterprises.
