Great control on your high pressure, high sweat launch events

What do you like best about the product?
The control it gives to manage technical risks surrounding product launches is awesome. The support of Rupak from Queue IT went above and beyond and really helped us out to get Queue IT in place in 2/3 weeks. The monitoring gives you incredible live insight into what's happening during your launch, you can communicate it to your team and also make decisions based upon it (e.g. adjusting your timing of sending newsletters that drive more traffic).

We managed for the first time to have zero downtime in a major launch and (after we saw everything was working as intended) be totally relaxed during the event itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Queue IT interface is not especially intuitive. Configuration is not easy, for our relatively complex setup I could not have done it without the considerable help (that they offer and is very fast). Documentation is a bit spread out over different sources (e.g. helpcenter, videos, whitepapers).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For previous product launches we faced downtime and errors on our hosting platforms due to high traffic and waiting (read: refreshing) users. We used Queue IT to manage an important product launch and to be more in control of the experience and prevent downtime. We used it both to manage a countdown on our webshop to manage traffic before the event went life and to manage the load of traffic to both our Wordpress website and Magento webshop. In both cases we used Queue IT as a safety net to offload visitors to their infrastructure in case it became too high.

As a side benefit it gave a lot of insight in how succesful our launch was and what kind of traffic we where getting - the dashboard are very interesting to look at. Due to Queue IT we also managed to keep our website and shop 100% available - making sure we could capture every visitor and sale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Conference calls with the Queue IT team are very efficient, so make use of it. Make time to figure out how the configuration works and testing the setup of the events before go live. Have a good communication line with your hosting partner (or colleague) in place to scale the inflow efficiently.

Great service and really helpful team - the best virtual waiting room platform

What do you like best about the product?
installing a snippet of code into the header to install queue-it was so much better than having to faff around with DNS settings and wait for propagation. Also, I was very impressed with Ismail and his team, who got on a call with us and helped turn around our project within 24 hours - really great, supportive service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report - our experience was excellent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-it helped us control the flow of traffic to our site, during a busy promotional period which kept the site up.

What do you like best about the product?
Queue it is a simple to use tool. Control Painel is excellent. It gives you 100% control of your operation. It allows you to customize your queue lading page whenever you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
To many steps to configure Queue-it despite the fact that we have already used the tool before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use queue it for events opening. I see 2 main benefits: 1) Waiting room and the organised Queue (prevents our system from crashing). 2) Better shopping experience to our customer - For events with numbered seats, if too many people is shopping at the same time, the experience is terrible.

Very robust and simple to use tool.

Excellent Service

What do you like best about the product?
The service from Queue-it is excellent and they are always available to answer any questions I may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that Queue-it suited the needs of the business and there was not anything that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Queue-it for the on sale of a concert to prevent an overload of use on our servers. The use to Queue-it means that customers can easily book their tickets and takes the strain off our server.

Fantstic Priduct and Service

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that we have the option to either run Queue-it 24/7 or just around large on sales. The dashboard interface is user friendly and the customer facing interface has been branded like the rest of our website.

Having the option to email a customer when it's their turn in the queue is also a great little feature as is the ability to keep customers updated with messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only small issue we have is that if we run Queue-it 24/7, users who get to the website early have an advantage as they are placed in the queue before others. Rather than everyone having an equal chance at the moment of the on sale.

Although I do believe the way to get round this would be to use an event specific queue rather than the standard one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're now more confident when it comes to large on sales. A good customer experience is really important to us and Queue-it is helping us to deliver this.

Good service with great support

What do you like best about the product?
Queue-it has helped us manage our high traffic loads for events, and prevented the site from going down. I've had the pleasure of having Rupak and Filip assist us, who are both very friendly and knowledgable about the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit steep, but for us has been worth the cost due to the downtime it saves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have much more confidence with our website during events, and our customers prefer waiting in a queue than refreshing a crashed website.

What do you like best about the product?
Queue-IT was easy to take in use with their excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first the administrator's side was a bit confusing but after talking with customer service I got the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our webshop was slowing down significantly during bigger campaigns, such as Black Friday. With Queue-IT's system we are now running smoothly during those campaigns and our customers are able to use our site with fast response-times.

Queue-It is Powerful and Highly Effective

What do you like best about the product?
Most importantly how Queue-it protects my system from significant volumes of users. This allows us to maintain a great experience for everyone. In addition, we like the ease of use with the dashboards to monitor and allow traffic to the site. The SDK's are very easy to implement. Asset management is very nice for each event. Great customer support staff that respond back within minutes and are very knowledgeable. All around an amazing product and team.

NIGHTOUT + Queue-it

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite aspect of the platform is the ease of use when setting up a Queue. It is entirely self serve and we can have everything set up and ready in a matter of minutes to prepare for a large on sale. This is crucial since we don't always have a huge lead time in knowing the timing of large on sales.

Second to the platform would be the team at Queue-it. They are great to work with and are always there to help us when we need them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options and settings aren’t really intuitive and without a demo or common use, we probably don’t really leverage a lot of the “cooler” features. The landing page optimization tool is somewhat tedious and could be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Queue-it to help us manage busy on sales for large events. The main benefit here is that we do not have to worry about scalability and handing massive inflows of visits/requests in a short period of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Queue-it is awesome for scalability and can handle whatever you can throw at it but it’s not a magic bullet and you still need to consider speed and scalability enhancements on your platform along side this service.
