Superb Customer Experience to date!

What do you like best about the product?
We first engaged with Noggin during the summer through our vendor selection process and RFP, which was an extremely long process due to the amount of due diligence and corporate governance that we are required to go through. We worked directly with the Sales Executive as our first point of contact who was absolutely brilliant and understanding when we were asking some very long, complex questions or required Noggin to return a lot of detail to support the contracting process.

When engaged with Noggin during the above, they couldn't do enough to support us and our procurement team commented that they were the best third party provider they have ever worked with - warm, friendly and hospitable.

In terms of the software itself, from an implementation point of view, we like the no-code-change functionality which allows us complete freedom to build the tool in the way that we want to build it. Having worked with a lot of other SaaS providers, they tend to force their methodology onto a business and can be quite inflexible in their approach - not so with Noggin who are super flexible and open to new ideas and ways of doing things.

Noggin have a can-do attitude and all of our experiences to date have been entirely positive, even though we are very early on in our implementation of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Operational Resilience module, which is still quite new, is slightly immature and requires some further development to meet all of our needs and requirements to meet our objectives. However, some of the missing features are already in the development pipeline or will be built during our implementation process. Other than that, nothing negative to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Noggin will enable us to bring everything into a 'one-stop-shop' for Operational Resilience. To date, we have been working manually using spreadsheets, Word documents and PowerPoint presentations and the level of complexity we are having to deal with is just not possible to manage using this approach. Software will enable us to start bringing everything together which will bring a huge range of benefits,

Noggin for incident management

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to design User Interface, grant user access and add users to groups
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes to existing module, has impacts on historical data, integration, workflows, filters etc and making changes is not easy to existing fields as changes the field values, list types as there's risk of breaking/corrupting the system. Many features are not available and have been told they will be added to future enhancements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It heps manage incidents and notifications of incidents by user profiles. Escalations are managed and shared by different teams working on the incident, which helps in resolving an issue in timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It is flexible, updates records in real time while sending out notifications which help us manage any events or incidents better. Overall it is easy to use even for the not so tech-savvy users. Great customer support and implementations team who can help with issues and any new changes both.
It allows you to integrate with quite a few other applications and create some reallly useful dashboards.

We use it heavily at our organization and we like the fact that Noggin keeps improving the product with enhancements and new features taking customer feedback into consideration.

Noggin system has been stable and is very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of a downside which is major but would be great if they can provide a the customers with a rodamap for every quarter which tells us about the new features planned to be released in the quarter.
Currently they have the release notes section but it only tells us what has been released. We would like to know in advance what is going to be released in the coming quarter so it helps us to use those features and plan ahead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any bugs or issues faced in the configuration are being solved by Noggin. Noggin team has also been helping us to revamp a few processes and make them more effective, cleaner and simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
Super configurable and good user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the lite user concept. I think it makes very expensive to scale. The third party contractor management has potential to be a competitor to other competitor products such as CM3 but it's not quite there yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many WHS and operational matters. Helping our digitisation strategy immensely

What do you like best about the product?
Learning about how many applications Noggin has and how they can fit into our business model. Very professionally run, and the presenters were very relevant to the advertised presentation subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would have liked to have attended a couple of presentations that clashed with one I was attending. Had to priortise which one I wanted to go to. This only happened twcie during the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to to operate erporting system in relation to incident reporting and event management and bookings.

System is still being developed, this causes delays in our ability to build exactly as required

We are using Noggin to move from a paper based system to an electronic mobile based system including bringing our contractors onto the system.

Noggin major to complain about. Perhaps the learning centre could add more visual tutorials

Reduction in manual processes and elimination of duplication.

Being web based is another wonderful aspect of the system
