I don't see any elements that displease me on the Zeta platform.

It allows retrieving users who wanted to leave our site, thanks to retention pop-ins.

The use of user scoring to launch popups only when they have a higher probability of conversion, improving the experience and increasing results.

What I appreciate most about the Zeta Marketing Platform is its excellent support team, who are always responsive and truly helpful whenever I encounter issues or have questions. The user interface stands out for being well-designed and intuitive, which makes navigating the platform and running campaigns straightforward and efficient. Another significant advantage is the platform’s seamless execution of omnichannel campaigns across various touchpoints, enabling a unified and consistent customer experience. In summary, Zeta brings together ease of use, reliable support, and robust omnichannel features to create a highly effective marketing solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect where the Zeta Marketing Platform could be enhanced is in its approach to dynamic content. The process of creating and managing dynamic elements is not as straightforward as it should be, often demanding additional effort or the use of workarounds to reach the preferred level of personalization. Simplifying and streamlining this process would greatly improve the overall user experience, making dynamic content easier to develop and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zeta Marketing Platform has been instrumental in tackling two significant business challenges for us: low customer retention and inconsistent omnichannel communication. Without timely and relevant follow-up, it can be difficult to encourage customers to return after their initial visit. Zeta makes it possible to engage with customers in a more coordinated and consistent way, which helps us maintain those important connections. The platform also addresses the issue of fragmented, channel-specific messaging by enabling us to manage omnichannel campaigns from a single system. As a result, we are able to deliver more unified customer experiences, see better engagement, and build stronger long-term loyalty.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interfaces that make it easy to use for across segmentation, creative, cross-channel activation and channel-level reporting. Strong Customer Support and Training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building out code for dynamic personalization can be overly complicated at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has brought our business to a new level of segmentation and 1:1 communication across multiple channels where it did not previously exist.
Exceptional Support and Seamless Integrations Enhance Daily Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Our account reps are very informative & know the best process to help answer any questions or provide resolutions to existing problems. The UI is very user-friendly which makes m day-to-day so much easier. Integration between third-party vendors is very seamless & if they do not support they look into future options internally to update on their end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform tweaks out on me and I have to refresh my browser, this may also be a network error on my end though. One other area to improve would be the query segment logic. We have had multiple times where an intended audience/segment 'zero's out' which prevents or delays an email from being sent out of caution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are an retail company, we highly rely on making sure our demand YoY is increasing. If there is a decreasing trend we can rely on Zeta's strategic team to help provide industry standards & problem solving ideas to help implement before our end-of-quarter. Very helpful account reps were provided for us.
Unified Customer View Makes Omnichannel Campaigns Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Unified customer view that easily handles large data sets for omnichannel campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding materials to learn how to become a Zeta master has been challenging. I find the Zeta Learning Studio and Knowledge Base to be limited. I would recommend putting more tutorials on YouTube.

A single touchpoint of our customers interests and interventions with our company.
