Super easy way to share ongoing data requests with non-technical teams

What do you like best about the product?
Automated updates for ongoing marketing campaigns being able to export directly into Google Sheets. This has helped the marketing team stay timely with their campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
HighTouch can be a bit confusing to get started. Learning how to structure the management is useful and could be better instructed during an onboarding process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch allows the data team to answer ongoing data requests from the marketing team without having to manually pull data. Eliminating and automating these low-effort tasks saves a lot of time.

I think that it is somewhat difficult to troubleshoot failures

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set-up, easy to debug, integrated with our current tooling (DBT, Airflow, Snowflake)
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model: they changed it sometime, adding premium destinations only available in higher plans. They should charge by synced rows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data activation. Hightouch is very useful when you want to leverage all the vast amounts of data you have in your warehouse to enrich downstream day-to-day tools to automatize and optimize processes.

Migration data made more manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about hightouch is that no tools to migrate data allow consistent metrics across all systems. Make migration much more manageable. UI is intuitive and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is too high for small organizations. Doesn't have much to differentiate it from competitors. Price scales quickly. hightouch has more latency than its competitors. We are not using hightouch now due to its high pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrated CRMs, and hightouch made our migrations very ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a fan of Hightouch workflows feature as it allows me to schedule data joins at any desired frequency from more than one source using a simple visual interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite having so many features, I'm not dependent on any external team to help me set up data pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines to provide teams access to the latest and unified data.

Hightouch makes my job a lot easier

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has a lot of potential. The company is still developing more connections and sometimes issues with the links, but the engineering and support teams have been phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection links do not work the first time. I understand that Hightouch is a new-ish company and they're fixing up bugs as they come along. However - that being said - the engineering support has been really quick and they're usually able to get the fixes in within a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse-ETL. Getting the data and insight back into our business systems so our operators can use the data.

Delivers on it's promise

What do you like best about the product?
Fits in perfectly with our existing data stack. Our operations team can now manage the data in our internal tools with minimal help from our dev and product teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
For all the great things that Hightouch enables, there's still a pretty big tradeoff in latency. Syncing everything through our data warehouse is significantly slower than using something like Segment or Rudderstack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently migrated CRMs and were able to power all the data syncs into the new one using Hightouch. This was great as the custom-built solution we had before was full of problems and difficult to maintain.
