What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the support service. Never had been able to interact with a customer support service who can engage on technical conversations as in here, take on my feedback and push for quick software deliveries from Hightouch (in some cases on the matter of days).
What do you dislike about the product?
Hightouch aims at delivering plenty of integrations and tries to build a framework that applies for them all, without taking into consideration many of the key differences in technology that come with each integration.

For example, the syncs to PostgresDB. These do not support Enum types. Also, the syncs are not transactional (syncs are done in batches of 100 rows by default). Both are essential properties of PostgresDB and the main reason why a company uses PostgresDB is to benefit from these features.

I would encourage Hightouch to pay attention to these details and consider this when building an integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We basically use Hightouch as a tool to sync data from our internal DWH to various destinations. Among these, we remark Hubspot and PostgresDB. The benefit is naturally that we can delegate this task to Hightouch service, with no excessive cost on usage (billed by destination and not sync runs), and also it integrates with DataDog, meaning we can get alerts out of the box.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a top notch software with engaging customer on different devices.
Magnificent with its ability with providing analytics on the marketing programs.
The logs are veryvery you incredible with audit.
Fantastic for it's realtime observation with ETL process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very observance with ETL which are visible.

Excellent with ease of creation of SQL models for data warehousing.
Exploit it's power with AI for predictive with marketing of ROI.
Efficiency with ease of intergration with our ERP which also makes accounting easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's possible to get better insights when using this tool thus making it simple and fast to run marketing campaigns.This tool provides a clear view of our customers.Sales and marketing operations can be automated using this tool.

I haven't encountered anything regrettable with Hightouch...It's the best of all time Customer Data Platform solution.

Enhance ease to sync customer data from data warehouse.
Facilitate great customer retention.

The UI, is very intuitive. Also the auto-mapping works very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I can run sync manually or via the Airflow operator

I use the visual interface to set what days and time the sync will run

I can schedule sync to run after a dbt job

The integrations work flawlessly and the cost is a drop in the ocean
What do you dislike about the product?
We can have the option of requesting the integrations we want

Snowflake data is synced to various marketing platforms so we self-serve our marketing campaigs using the data we already have

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up new data destination and sources.Hightouch is an amazing tool to help you interconnect tools and workflows.Hightouch minimize clicks and allows you to get to where you want to go effeciently.I recommend hightouch for all people who want to do their job without stress
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal developer tools.error tracking /retry option lack of true security features.Terminology is a little confusing at times perhaps could be improved.It was taking too long to synch and l for example l couldn't know it is was the time between request and also didn't have an option to change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable the data team to send information from our data base back to tools like email sending and Google sheets for business users.Any change required to process or new uploads required specialized knowledge of the process owners.We have numerous complicated workflows that are spread between net suites and saleforce

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to connect tools together and at an excellent price. Also the team are really keen to help with any technical issues when they come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, so far it feels all our needs and when it doesn't the team are onboard to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect our product database to spreadsheets and CRMs to ensure data is left accessable to everyone

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch allowed us to finally connect our Snowflake instance to Salesforce. A project we had been looking to tackle since I joined, Hightouch was able to make this possible while ensuring it didn't take a ton of time to set everything up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say that there is anything that I particularly dislike about Hightouch! If I ever have any questions, they're super responsive and even have a Slack channel setup that allows us to reach them almost immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is allowing us to bring all of our data into one centralized location so that all teams, regardless of their experience with SQL, can get full visibility into our user base.
