What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is super intuitive, easy to use & accomplished all my use cases! Kudos to the team for building the perfect alternative to a CDP!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some integrations are not useful as of today, for example OneSignal - here there is opportunity to treat OneSignal's push token ID as a unique identifier for syncing data!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to sync data to our business tools like Mailchimp from our data warehouse, and Hightouch has made our development process for this sync from 1-2 weeks to 10 minutes!

Great Reverse ETL Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has a solid free tier integrated with Github, which allows startups to evaluate the tool before committing to any contracts. It has an intuitive UI showing all your models and their status. Their documentation is a great place to start to understand what Reverse ETL is and how you can use Hightouch to sync data from your Data Warehouse to other SaaS tools
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant cons, but the query editor sometimes gets stuck while testing your queries. It has improved a lot since we started using it like the Beautify option now exists to make long queries readable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing data into our Account Management systems. Our CDP does not allow for direct integration. Hightouch enables us to define the models and the data to sync, which helps us monitor the health of our accounts and do proactive outreach

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for passing data in between all of our systems, benefiting product, lifecycle, and engineering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really that I dislike - it's a strong product and it's expanded our team's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch solves the problem of transferring data bi-directionally between segment, hubspot, clearbit, and more. It's a core part of our tech stack and allows me personally to create highly segmented messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is incredibly easy to set up and get your first data models and syncs going. Very dast time to value for both data and business teams. An incredibly useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. I haven't had any issues with my syncs or data models. So no complaints from me. I am really enjoying using HIghtouch, as are my business users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch significantly reduces the amount of hours my data team has to spend trying to move data and transformed views from our warehouse to source applications like Salesforce, Marketo and Intrercom

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, relatively friendly UI, connections to all the top data source providers. Can run a sync by API making it airflow compatible. Has some git integration for version control(though this can be improved)
What do you dislike about the product?
minimal developer tools, error tracking/retry options, lack of true security features i.e. SSO, permission granting, data opaqueness
price ramps up very quickly with more than one source
creating models, syncs by code so that it can be version controlled is finicky. Mostly only works via UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the main function that it is designed for. Reverse ETL data out of a data warehouse into an external destination for emails. Having lots of aggregated data, but having an easy out of the box way to get it into a customer engagement tool is useful

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple setup that easily integrate my database with marketing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more flexible to free users like me, but I am seriously considering upgrading next month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is solving huge problems that my team and I have been trying to fight for a long time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch effectively integrates with DBT, which is a key differentiator. It allows us to see our data lineage, from ingestion all the way through to delivery.

They are also developing new GitHub integrations, which enable CI/CD capabilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
The logs in Hightouch are not as effective as I'd like. In particular, the error and logging when setting up DBT integrations is not very helpful.

If they improved these logs, I wouldn't need to constantly refresh the page/wonder how long a process is going to take.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is solving our reverse ETL issues. It effectively transfers data from our Snowflake instance to our Google Sheets, which has supercharged our operations teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Possibility of organising tasks that belong to different teams or different projects to sections and boards; availability to assign custome projects and labels; availability of scope estimation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When prying tasks by label, it is not possible (or at least not intuitive) in how select task in either any of selected several labels, it looks for tasks that would belong to listed labels simultaneously. It's unclear from the beginning what is the conversion between scopempetters (xs,s, etc) and numbers when this is summarised on boards or cycles. Takes time to figure out that xs = 1 scope unit for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising tasks and filtering and discussing them through several iterations (triage => backlog => selected for next sprint => todo). This helps to keep sane and track what is going on in a fast growing company.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up new data destinations and sources. Intuitive UI means the data team can enable users to DIY. When I have issues the CS team is very helpful and quick to respond
What do you dislike about the product?
We do see quite a few errors of "The service is currently unavailable." In an ideal world this would not happen or there would be a way to automatically rerun on errors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables the data team to send information from our databases back to tools like email sending and google sheets for business users. I also like the cron timing feature (might be nice to integrate cron guru or similar)

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is an amazing tool to help you interconnect tools and workflows, launch specific triggers and start them whenever you want. Hightouch + Snowflake + N8n is a masterclass !
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have an agency plan in order not to have to great numerous workspaces when you are managing several accounts and profiles . However, very few inconvenients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Worflows and connecting warehouses such as snowflake with N8n or Zappier. Really easy to setup with SQL Editors and connection API. It allows me to automatize a lot of workflows
