Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I've found the HTTP destination lately which was a game changer for me. And found the support team really helpful in assisting me in a use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant't think of other improvements so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to connect Snowflake to Intercom. It will help us to replace an inhouse solution that was hard to configure and took a lot to maintain, so is lowering our cost.
Effective & Simple Reverse ETL Tool!!
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is a super simple reverse ETL tool that allowed me to pump the data my team needed back upstream from our warehouse to salesforce. So much easier & cheaper than a comparable option in Segment Personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much. UI is intuitive & I was up and running almost instantly. It could be better to create multiple models in the same space that are connecting to the same tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting personalized & transformed data from our warehouse upstream to CRM tools like SFDC. This empowers our sales team to have data they need in their domain without having to query our BI tools.

Declarative and ease of use. Simple integration with no programing

Some limitations with platform events. Would like to see the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL
Best reverse ETL tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up - less than 20 minutes to get it integrated with Snowflake, and get our first model and syncs up and running. Hightouch also just works; I've never had an issue with any of our syncs
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I guess a few more connectors available for the longer tail of our business source app usage, especially in the HR space (i.e. BambooHR, Lever). But other than that, not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a very straightforward business problem that was complicated to solve before Hightouch - I have views in our data warehouse that would be useful for our business teams in their source apps. Hightouch allows me to sync these views to Salesforce, Marketo, Netsuite, etc.
The UI is intuitive, seamless, and powerful. Easy to use, versatile, and a neat tool to have.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and pretty easy to follow. It minimizes clicks and allows you to get to where you want to go efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides I can think of at the moment. Love the tool .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly getting query reports/results into a format that allows for further analysis without the lag time of downloading/importing them.

What do you like best about the product?
The introduction of the Personalization API allows for real-time querying of data warehouse models with sub-30 millisecond latency, enabling personalized experiences within applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be clearer and faster error reporting, especially for large batches, and better logging when errors occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is super easy to monitor the data sync.

We love that Hightouch enables us to get data into the hands of our team without them needing to leverage SQL or have access to our data warehouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great! I'd love to see additional integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is letting us distribute data to our teams in the platforms they're used to in an automated way which has unlocked massive efficiencies and enabled us to be more data driven.
Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is super intuitive and has excellent source/destination offers, valuable extensions, and responsive support. I recommend Hightouch for all people which want to do their job without stress
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything is working well as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Netsuite integration and pushing data into Netsuite
Simple and exactly what I needed
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use. They've made it so I can sync with our customer success platform (which they are one of the only ones that have that integration already built).
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand why they don't do a full sync every time, but I wish it would. But they did help me with an easy workaround to get what I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our database to our customer success platform, and analytics software.
Simple to use but may experience downtimes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use especially when it comes to setting up scheduled syncs between Metabase and Google Sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe is that all my syncs from Metabase and Google Sheets stopped working and I wasn't able to find out that the issue was Hightouch's fault until I contacted them. I wish they were more proactive with their communication efforts especially around bugs, so I can plan accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily syncing from Metabase to Google Sheets which allows cross-collaboration with other functions that don't have same sophistication with SQL
