When first using the product the audience feature was new and a little basic. It's improving rapidly

Game-changer for Buffer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hightouch makes it easy to enrich our data and trigger things like email campaigns. The team is very responsive to support requests as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a little unintuitive at times, but that is to be expected with a maturing product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us augment event data with stateful data, send data back to advertising platforms, and drives several email campaigns.
Clarity, Visibility, & Trust
What do you like best about the product?
Hightough provides the fastest syncing, allowing our team to truly rely on the most up-to-date data available. Data syncing that used to vary between 30-60 mins, now literally happens in 30-60 seconds. This provides us with more control and ability for our data management, trusted sources of truth, & overall data strategy. I no longer have to wonder when, from where, or is it accurate anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Hightouch is simple, elegant, & easy-to-use. So easy they non-technical team members could set up syncs & review. They team has been massively supportive with any questions we have & providing best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch put us in a position to no longer worry about most data hygeine, timing, or where the data comes from. We rely on it for all our data syncing needs, as the true highway from our data source to all the systems we use!
Easy to implement, easy to maintain, well-integrated
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hightouch for Reverse ETL. Hightouch's smooth integration with dbt allows us to maximize our existing data stack and ensure data quality throughout our internal systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered much of anything to dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hightouch as our Reverse ETL solution to push transformed data from our warehouse to GTM systems. Being able to distribute product data to multiple consumers/channels throughout the organization using a single tool amplifies our analytics team's impact.

What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. With our use case, I didn't find anything to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hightouch we are now able to easily sync back data from the data warehouse that was previously done via custom code. Also, it's easy to maintain and update mappings.
Hightouch makes actioning on data a breeze

I loved that we were able to use dbt models to power actions

It is a little confusing to set up a new connector. The documentation could be improved.

We get data out of many systems, transform that data, and then want to do stuff with it. Hightouch makes it easy to put the data into use wherever we need it
Solid reverse etl solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and intuitive tool to use. Super quick implementation.

None come to mind, great tool that gets the job done.

We have product information residing in BQ, we use Hightouch to bring that into the tools our gtm team uses.
Moving beyond traditional business intelligence: Data Activation
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is super easy to use, yet fully featured with tons of available integrations. It integrates seamlessly with BigQuery and Looker and makes Data Activation from our Looker models a breeze. It has moreover a vibrant ecosystem and publishes excellent content (e.g. newsletter).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Hightouch does one thing and it does it very well - couldn't ask for more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch enables us to move away from traditional business intelligence (e.g. dashboards) toward Data Activation. We can push data from Looker/BigQuery to e.g. our ticketing tool and CRM.
Stellar Customer Service, Reliable Product and useful insight into Reverse ETL
What do you like best about the product?
1. Fastest and most personal customer support/solution architecture/onboarding/troubleshooting I have ever seen from a product team
2. The Hightouch team often went beyond their product and offered implementation suggestions across the "modern data stack". It felt they were viewing our data problems as their own and made suggestions beyond the scope of Reverse ETL with our problems in mind.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was very little to dislike. Reverse ETL is a relatively new space but they were experts on the problem and what their platform had to offer. Would recommend them to anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a data landscape that is often centered around a modern data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery), Hightouch helped complete the full cycle of data flow. There are tools out there to ingest data, store data, transform data - their product offers a solution to activate the data and deliver it to real-time systems.
