Current User of Hightouch program
What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of things about hightouch. First thing I like the ease of navigating through each section. I really like the number of destinations hightouch has. Also the customer support team is also very knowledgable and very quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the product itself. I am only wanting a few more features which I have heard from Hightouch support team that the feature will be coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is making super easy for me to take my data from my warehouse and send it to multiple destinations that benefit the organization I work for.

Very good alternative por publishers to buid audiences for addressable advertishing.
What do you like best about the product?
very easy configuration. Production start-up in a very short time.

What do you dislike about the product?
From the publisher's point of view it has a bad integration with ad-servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to build our addressable advertising product. It allows the end user to quickly build the data segments that our customers demand and sell our investment at a higher CPM.
My Experience with Hightouch at Tiime
What do you like best about the product?
Since I started using Hightouch, its ease of use has won me over. The ease with which we harmonized our system, connecting our business database to Salesforce, stands out. Moreover, the wide range of integration options and the responsiveness of the customer support during a minor issue have left a strong impression on me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked a better integration with dbt for data transformation, given that Hightouch mainly focuses on reverse ETL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch addressed our challenge of integrating and communicating between our business database and Salesforce through our Datawarehouse. This enabled us to achieve a harmonized and consistent information system. The benefits for us include ease of use, seamless integration, and a significant improvement in data consistency. Additionally, the responsiveness of the customer support has bolstered our confidence in the tool.
Easy reverse ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has created a product category in itself in the Data Analytics world, the Reverse ETL product. Its pricing per integration is also good, as you don't have unpredictable surprises in billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the product is mainly geared toward early stage companies, that don't have a mature stack for integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving data from our Analytics stack to our CRM
Most user-friendly Reverse ETL Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface: it's so easy to set up models, and operationnaly run a sync
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using HT is that we know less about the impact of the changes we're making when rerun a sync or modyfing a sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy and fast to send transformed/clean data from the warehouse to other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Hightouch to create reverse ETL syncs into some of our largest applications such as tableau.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike about Hightouch, keep doing what you're doing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to create fields in salesforce sometimes based on data that would usually require an integration with Salesforce, however, using Hightouch, we can create a dbt model that creates the fields and pushes it into Salesforce!

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is incredibly simple and intuitive to setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not come across anything bad so far. The only thing I tried to do and was not able to was changing the source of a sync/model after it had been setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily defining customer segments and syncing them across different tools - currently used for personalized targeting in Iterable, and optimized ads in Google via exclusion lists.
Review of Hightouch
What do you like best about the product?
Overall I think it's great. It's very easy to sync with Google spreadsheets, and I can connect to either my main Postgres or a Redshift cluster. It gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I add some syncs and models, it's easy to forget about them over time. It might be nice to have some email digest telling the user if any of their syncs failed, or if there were any unexpected errors to look into. Thanks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we release a new feature, we can build several data syncs ahead of time that pull some success metrics into different sub-sheets or a Google spreadsheet. That way when the feature launches, the product team already has an auto-updating data sheet that they can use to evaluate the release and produce insights.

Hightouch - great data accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is a very capable tool. From it's reverse ELT, ID Resolution, and customer 360 tools it's a full-service platform that allows our clients to get a clear end-to-end picture of their users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a difficult implementation depending on internal technical resources and the existing data structure of legacy tools. Especially if a firm is trying to set up or sync more complex data sets, that can be a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch creates greater viability to the customer profile and the actions their taking/how they're interacting with a brand's products. It's an easy and user-friendly UI so data analytics, marketers, and product teams can utilize it.
