Good customer service and reliable syncs

What do you like best about the product?
Transparent syncs and able to debug If any errors. We were able to do some upstream clean of data thanks to the sync logs. Lots of connectors and with the Custom API one you got all covered. Support from the team is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model based on MQRs (Monthly queried records) makes hard to estimate beforehand. Would be great to offer more transparent pricing in the public website. Also for business growing is pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL. Move data from our main data warehouse (BigQuery) and sync it with downstream applications like Iterable, Google Firestore, Salesforce, Cdps, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch does all the heavy lifting for maintaining integrations + speeds up implementation given we do not need to review / learn a destination API. The cost of their service is significantly less than the cost for us to build and maintain these integrations. Since adopting the product and migrating jobs to Hightouch, we have saved and estimated ~50k during the first year of developer time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a growing company, so it has its quirks for certain niche integration types, and at times it prevents our ability to use certain destinations out of the box. However, its speed of product development consistently impresses me. They respond to feature requests quickly, minimally updating you where it is on the roadmap. The majority of the time when this scenario comes up we just add a little bit more time to our project plan and they deliver the added functionality that unblocks us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It solves the cost of maintenance of systems. We no longer need to worry about updates to APIs
2. It allows for a wider array of team members to contribute to this piece of our data pipeline since all the work is SQL based
3. It increases our velocity of development. We no longer need to spend time on the integration piece of a project, we just need to focus on the data's structure and shape

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create audiences and also easy to setup sync to different platforms like Monegage and Rudderstack
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sync might fail and should have a filter option to search which the query id
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating custom audiences and allow them to pass them to multiple platforms from a single source

What do you like best about the product?
High touch integrates semmlessly with CRM and back end data warehouses to ensure smooth flow and provide ability to target specific user set by different methods
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much on this, we have been using hightouch for last 2+ years and tool has improved a lot. Team at hightouch keeps on adding new features to keep it relevant with recent trends and new requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch help us to target a specific set of users, wherever user base is not static. Segments are defined based on behavior and changes with every action from user on our platform. High touch helps us to implement segmented user journeys, based on the action staken by user at it each step

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has eliminated the need for an entire (sometimes brittle) service that our team had to maintain, syncing various data sources to third party marketing tools such as Iterable and Hubspot. It's clean, largely turnkey, and allows us to focus on our business value instead of supporting systems. Additionally, where there have been unexpected behaviours or specific needs, the Hightouch team has been helpful both on their support site as well as on Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a nascent product, there have been some instances where a connector was unavailable or didn't meet our needs but the Hightouch team has been incredibly responsive to adapting to our needs where they make sense for the HT product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, Hightouch allows us to run less software. We no longer have to maintain as many brittle cronjobs and other internal ETL / Reverse-ETL services internally.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is the perfect tool to activate our data! The platform gathers all the useful features needed to make it reliable (logging, versioning, observability, and more).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing related to the tool to be honest! Sometimes some destination are slow because of their API (e.g. Outreach)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our warehouse is our only source of truth, and thanks to Hightouch we are able to push these data points everywhere in our stack!

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, intuitive UI that is easy to self-serve for non-data teams. Sensible defaults make it possible to start using the platform and getting value from it without needing extensive configuration/customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited levers of customization are available in the product which can cause problems occasionally. Field names are hard-coded and not customizable and supported API versions for certain integrations don't include the latest versions (e.g. Slack).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch powers ETL flows from our operational data stores to our data warehouse which in turn powers dashboards that we use to track KPIs and also power applications used by us internally.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is easy to use and modify, I can sync whatever data I'd like from our BigQuery to sales and marketing platforms.
It's straightforward and provide tremendous value to our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the only thing that comes to mind is that there could be some PII data passed through hightouch, which I think may be a liability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is solving the problem that not all of our platforms have the same, up-to-date data.
By syncing data across platforms, we're able to ensure that we label each prospect correctly, and have the right communication to the right customers.

Extremely Valuable Data Synchronization Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love the speed and ease of use of Hightouch. It has made it so much easier for us to send data to other tools and ensure it's updated on a regular basis. This is the first reverse ETL tool I've used and it's been great so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are not as updated and I wish there were better alert monitoring and notifications in place. If notifications were able to be configured by users and there was a changelog of updates that are made to syncs, I would give it a 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is helping us have the right data in the right tools when we need it. We use it for various systems and it better enables us to do our jobs more seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has excellent support and their team are always willing to listen to new feature requests. They move fast to address issues with the platform and add new features or connectors
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connectors Hightouch releases can be buggy or slow when you first try them, but they are usually quick to fix any issues with them. Some coverage for connectors like Netsuite is not as good as it should be. They should also add some more basic connectors, like a Redis destination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch helps me activate my data by enabling data exports from Snowflake to third parties like Google, Facebook, Freshdesk, SFTP, and Netsuite. This has vastly improved our iteration speed on my team, reduced the amount of code and infrastructure we have to manage, and enabled analysts and business users to activate their data without needed engineering help
