Great Reverse ETL Tool - User Friendly and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface to add connectors and sync attributes. Wide variety of destinations and good documentation. Customer support is friendly and onboarding process is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can be a bit better. If you setup things the wrong way it can incur a lot of SaaS costs. However, the test feature allows you to hedge against that kind of scenario. Can also be pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to write scripts or custom integrations to propagate data from backend and warehouse to tools like CRM and Marketing tools. All centralized in the warehouse and connection is standardized.

What do you like best about the product?
It syncs your customer data to 80+ SaaS destinations
What do you dislike about the product?
Here we are not using script and APIs for syncs

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and set up. Once things are running the maintenance is little to none

debugging and the logs could be better designed

pushing data from our big query database to salesforce and marketo
Hightouch makes it easy to get product data into Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch saves my team time and gets us the data we need in Salesforce. Previously we could get blocked by ETL engineers, but now we can get the information quickly. Also, the UI makes it easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I think the product is solid. We have a unique use case where we need some syncs going to "person accounts" (not common in salesforce) and they worked with us to accommodate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the customer team, it is crucial to understand product usage. This helps us with one on one customer communication as well as org-wide inititiatives. It also makes us less dependent on our analytics team because the data is all connected to salesforce
Does what we need, without all the fluff
What do you like best about the product?
Reverse ETL can be a massive pain point and challenge for orginizations, Hightouch makes it as easy as possible, and is still extensible and powerful enough for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the MVP and startup nature of the product, support can be a bit of a pain point. They are extrememly responsive, don't get me wrong, but there are a few things which have popped up as underlying bugs. That being said they jump on the issues quickly, but takes a bit of time to get a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using hightouch for several automation workflows, system true ups, and other cross SaaS use cases.
Hightouch does the job.
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is easy to use, straight to the point without "over-engineered" steps in the reverse ETL process and I've never been disappointed in using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Next time you do an update, please let us know before, all our Sync have failed ;)

No need to be an engineer to use the product, I could automate all my marketing stack thanks to HT

Easy and Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the platofrm is. Easy to use, efficient, and any problem that's come up has been quickly solved by an amazing support team available to chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has only been like 1 bug, where one thing I was trying to do didn't work. But as I mentioned above, it was fixed the next day and everything was good! So ya, good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges as an analyst is you use so many different platforms to get information from, and then when compiling them, it's very manually moving everything over to google sheets for example. High-touch is amazing in that it does all that manual work for you, leaving analysts more time to actually analyze instead of just collect data.
Clean and fast
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, variety of connection choices, and great SQL editor
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation between syncs and models is not the most clear, a bit confusing on how to get to the sql code from the sync window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To connect info among our data sources
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow syncs in sequence (one sync completes and then triggers another sync)
Good syncs between Snowflake and other destinations.
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is very responsive and open to suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough documentation on using their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need ETL and reverse ETL syncs between various sources in our company. Hightouch does most of them for us.
