Very knowledgeable team
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Going into this project, essentially blind, I was pretty amazed at how much they understood our data and business right away

None so far. We have come a long way with ATD's help and guidance

The most obvious - unifying our data. Working with ATD has helped us learn more about our data and the breadth of what we have

Arm Treasure Data review from the perspective of CDP....
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible data model to work with any source system. Data doesn't have to be conformed to any specific schema as long as the relevant attributes are present in the datasets that are required to light up the relevant use cases. Very responsive customer service support including the one available on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scope for improving the custom documentations. Would be helpful to have automated QA checks out of the box or at least as part of every implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
360 view of customer, RFM analysis, customer lifecycle journey, AB \ AC campaigns, cross-sell campaigns, reporting and dashboarding. Improving customer LTV, tracking customer acquisition and understanding customer behavior across various channels. Reporting campaign effectiveness. Enabling email and social medial campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The look and feel of the platform conducive for professional from any background and level which is lightweight and easy to maintain and having the capacity to be integrated with extensive range of external systems as source or target.
2. Availability of support team round the clock to consult with if any doubt/confusion or any guidance needed for implementation.
3. Some rules set as default which are very well thought- for i.e. provision of killing workflow that runs for 24 hours or more, automated email notification on failure of any workflow run in development etc.

The inflexibility to change the workflow name or project name directly on GUI at any time.

Built up BI solution and data quality monitoring system on Treasure Data.
Ease of access, quick integration and accessibility to external systems including cloud platform, options in query engine and last but not the least the availability of super helpful support team - these are part of benefits I observed while working with Treasure Data.

This is your one stop shop for your customer data platform engagement. Highly recommend it.
Treasure Data allows us to be much more agile and responsive to market demands!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to re-use and combine segments reduces the effort needed to create segments. We're also excited about the beta funnel feature which allows for personalized journey based segments in Treasure Data.
In addition, Treasure Data does have excellent support from their Customer Success team.

There's an opportunity to have more out-of-the box integrations (i.e. Magento) to allow for greater personalization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reductions in the inflow of customer questions/inquiries into our customer support agents because we are now able to better personalize content on our site.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success rep is extremely attentive and has a robust knowledge of how marketers without any engineering or coding background can leverage the tool for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular so far. I really haven't run into any issues using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better audience segmentation is very important for marketers, but we have barely scratched the surface yet in terms of using the tool to its full capacity.

Read through documentation and lean on your customer success rep, especially at the beginning!
Amazing Staff, Amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Treasure Data is the staff. They are so helpful and insightful it truly feels like they are an extension of your business. In my experience, not a lot of companies are like this. In fact, quite the opposite. They are smart and take the time to assess your needs and help you understand how you can enhance your current marketing efforts to scale. Their product has been so crucial to our business and has made such an impact, and we've barely scratched the surface! Looking forward to growing with their team in the years to come.

There isn't anything I dislike about the company!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving ways to effectively market people at a granular level. We understand that everyone is different, and they should be treated at an individual level. Treasure Data allows us to do this at scale with percision.
Treasure Data makes running reports and analytics so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Arm Treasure Data is customizable to your liking. I also really like the deep customer data that help you discover the "why" in customer journeys, tailored customer views and cross-channel personalization. Enterprise-grade security and privacy are offered as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Arm Treasure Data is not accessible by dbshell. It is also a bit expensive to implement at scale, especially when the logging is on a million per day scale. We recently implemented deeplinks and we have to shorten a url before adding it in TD to make sure it was accessible still with least amounts of bytes storage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running analytics and creating reports based on huge amounts of data. We use it to log impressions, click events and even create reports of event based criteria that help us understand customer behavior in a way that allows us to experiment with new features, UI and app flows. We also run reports off TD instead of MongodB since the snapshots and logs of TD are much easier to query for patterns than other Dbs

Review at scale how it can benefit your team and project before going all in. Talk to the experts of TreasureData to find out in what ways can treasure Data help you in the best way. We use it to log impressions, click events and even create reports of event based criteria that help us understand customer behavior in a way that allows us to experiment with new features, UI and app flows.

What do you like best about the product?
Track the events that are useful in our application. Ability to download a .CSV file of a query to reference back to or use as a confirmation that our analytic data is making it to the Treasure Data Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
How difficult it is in a new analytic gets entered incorrectly and the workarounds that are needed to fix that type of error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable data collection and data analytics ; we need to work with partners that value our users data as much as we do along with the reliability that our analytics are being pushed out by our application and are being received by the dashboard. Since the data is reliable we are able to make design decisions in order to better serve our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Treasure Data does a great job of tracking events and the information that is sent along with different events and their values. Searching for events (query) works great and you have the ability to download a file that can be used again later if needed.
Easy to use when youre not a data person
What do you like best about the product?
Finding everything I needed was easy, such as downloading query results. It also had useful features such as a timer to run queries as well as letting me preview the results before I downloaded them.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! Liked everything. Layout was clean & easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team found it easy to collect our data results which is great since this was how we measured our metrics. We actually don't write code, but were happy this product was easy to understand!
Powerful, straightforward, now essential data platform
What do you like best about the product?
The aspect of Treasure Data that stands out for me is the ability to import data from all kinds of sources without needing to build a schema. It's become the easiest place to store and explore data.

Treasure Data could do with more connectors.

We use it for personalisation of content, optimisation of the website, analysing marketing spend, creating automated reporting. It's so versatile.
