Easy to use for nurses and employees

  • May 11, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Nurses can navigate the page quickly, see job openings, and accept open shifts. Nurses can take available shifts and get notifications when confirmed for the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have had no issues with Skedulo. Some nurses will say their app is not receiving new job offers, but they can see the open shifts once they refresh. The app has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, Skedulo has not had any problems for me or the nurses I have been working with. The nurses seem to have no trouble accessing and using the app immediately.

Skedulo in a Nutshell

  • May 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo was pretty user friendly and had a few features that were the reason we ended up going with them. We especially liked the location feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Skedulo was expensive, they charged for every single change needed and glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is great for scheduling appointments and locating your workforce.

Skedulo has upgraded and formalized our scheduling process as our company scales.

  • March 25, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo has streamed our scheduling process with our nurses. It gives us the ability to easily curate a list of eligible Nurses, allowing us to match the right Nurse to the right Client at the right time. Nurses are fully educated on a client via the app so they can feel informed as they engage with a patient for the first time. It's integration with Salesforce is powerful allowing us better reporting and data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any 3rd party application, you wish all of the features perfectly align with your specific business needs.
Some wishlist items would be:

A more robust Tag system, allowing for "negative" based searches; Ex: Show me Nurses who DO NOT have XYZ Tag
More customization centered around the Job Offer text and push notification messages.
More wiggle room to display more information within the Job Offer as the Job Description is sometimes not enough to describe the type of job required
Issues with Text messages not sending to all Nurses selected; per support, there appears to be a limit on the number of text notifications that can go out at once when sending Job Offers (100 I believe); our work around is to ensure we are only sending Job Offers to 20-50 Resources at any given time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For context, we primarily uses the Job Offer feature. We do not use the dispatch functionality as it doesn't align with our business process, and we don't want to expose our client's information prematurely.

The Job Offer feature provides a shielded view of the Job. We also need that level of control as NurseRegistry, in conjunction with the Client, ultimately selects the most appropriate Nurse who claims/shows interest in the job.

We use Regions, Secondary Regions and a variety of Tags to curate an appropriate list of Nurses to send offers to, typically sending offers at different levels depending on the client:

Skedulo is a first step to mass dispatch and job offers to contractors

  • March 17, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to create tags and target dispatch job offers to a selected group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the app functions as needed but wish there was more descriptions that could be added to offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to offer assignments to independent nurses who can work per diem jobs. We used to text each individual nurse and the mass offers have allowed us to grow and with demand.

Skedulo Review: Nurse Registry Utilization

  • March 15, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to navigate - the creation of jobs and the ability to classify each job according to your particular industry makes for impactful reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application does run slow at times - certain times of the day, the page loading is slower. I also wish there was a way to open multiple Job Tabs at once or clone a job directly in the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a nurse staffing agency - Skedulo allows us to put job offers in front of our pool of nurses. It has removed the manual work of following up with nurses via text message.

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo has saved me and my fellow client care coordinators countless hours. By enabling us to create job offers and send them to our whole workforce all at once, we no longer have to slog through individual text messaging. Total game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes run slowly and we occasionally have issues with not being able to send offers to larger numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables communication with many nurses all at once. No more individual texts!
