What do you like best about the product?
The thought about using an app based product for front line workers to use for Time and Attendance. For those workers to view their leave, apply for leave in real time and view client support plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different applications Web and App make it a little confusing. The products has a number of limitations that require customisation or waiting on release/updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
provide an efficient, flexible and qualified workforce to match client support needs and preferences in line with their funded support requirements.Time and Attendance records are used to substantiate supports provided to Clients.

Didn't really dislike anything as it met expectations.

Makes scheduling jobs for the sales guys so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule & review jobs and their status by applying selected filters. This enables us to manage a large workforce over multiple offices throughout Australia.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insufficient filters and information in some areas. Using the Healthcare package has its limitations to customise the information where client details are more relevant that Job numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo has worked with us to develop processes that make our implementation of the product easier. However, the new Scheduling Console is obtaining all the new features but does not fit with our organisations requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to execute job tasks with few clicks, easy to learn and train others to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mileage feature glitches and miscalculates the GPS distance/ drive time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo allows the allocation of multiple field operatives, which makes the dispatching process cleaner, more efficient and removes the constant monitoring or reallocating of field operatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and understand. You can see the phlebotomist schedule in an organized manner and see specific updates in real time. Would recommend it to other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides are that sometimes the distance from the phlebotomist to the patient's home does not show or can be inaccurate. Also, if the phlebotomist checks in by mistake, the same job number cannot be reused on skedulo, and a new one must be created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is helping me schedule patients and send appointments to phlebotomists. I can be more organized using this application because it's easy to use and understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and see where my crews are in simplicity. This tool has helped make scheduling a dream, the drive times, the logging of travel. The GPS locations so we can make sure we're at the right home at the right time. We can also analyze the data to adjust our appointment times to the actual time needed not just our best guess
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is fragmented on the help site. It could use a clean up and better keyword searching for how to fix issues. Also, more defined requirements on what object permissions are needed/required for full functionality inside the salesforce environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and logging where and when employees get to their appointments and making sure they are on task. Better accountability and protection of employees

It can be configured to our organisational needs.

We are still in the development phase of the project, however there have been no negatives so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We aim to have a fully integrated CRM, rostering, payroll and invoicing system that works seamlessly to deliver organisational objectives

What do you like best about the product?
I think the tool overall works well for the operation of our organization. Many features that makes my day-day job easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestion would be to have the ability to reverse a job back to the ready or dispatch status if it was changed in the field to check in/on-site or in progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Skedulo is very user-friendly. It is easy to explain and straightforward. It also has visual aids that are helpful when looking for distances or availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things would be helpful - having more time zones within the same regions for people would make a huge difference in our scheduling as some people get confused. Another thing I am not a fan of is not having many filters available. It'd be helpful if I could pull two to three people out of the swimlane view rather than have to look at all of my resources for a region or one at a time.
