Using Skeulo as a scheduling system for an allied health practice
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with Lumary to be able to automate billing and the reporting systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to customise specific areas and apply exceptions to specific customers/billing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, which frees up more time to work on other projects
Skedulo has been great at making me stay on top of my admin
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the completion note comes up straight away so I can always be accountable and on top of my admin work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a long time to update from the webpage to the iPad which can make it difficult to know about last-minute cancels

It is solving the issue of me being behind in notes. I have been able to complete all my notes and stay up to date since starting with skedulo

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy this app is to use. It is very simple to navigate and works well in a fast-paced environment. I also like how it tracks kilometres for you which takes time away from another admin task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to save a note in progress and could return to it. I dont like how if you back out of the note it deletes everything. I also wish the app had a section where you could allocate rooms to participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve challenges with fluidity of administration tasks when working in a fast-paced environment. It helps me keep on top of my workload straight away as it says when I am still in progress.
The app is easy to navigate and use. Skedulo has helped speed up my workplace admin tasks!

Notifications can be temperamental, not always receiving them

Simple and easy to understand; limited errors; allows me to schedule therapists at my workplace and automatically send out text messages to the parents of the incoming children

Slow; it takes a long time to load; does not always display the correct assets when assigning; strange that you need separate apps for the same thing; easy to make mistakes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure Service Agreements are always up-to-date; automatically sends out text reminders; displays the therapists and the rooms that they will be occupying throughout the day

Skedulo were able to implement the product for our business quickly and effectively. They listened to our business needs exactly and were very easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Skedulo is an easy to use platform and app. There has been no challenges in implementing with our team. We all love it!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is solving many of our scheduling needs. We are able to schedules many rooms in our clinic efficiently. We are able to offer shifts to our community workers and they can accept and decline shifts with ease.

Unable to create any job on the app itself, have to be done through the website
If you have clients that you go to semi-regularly, it can be time-consuming to create the jobs
Unable to estimate the distance between the clients unless you are on the day
Sometimes the app does not sync properly resulting in data lost

Able to monitor the progress and location of the employees, and by having shared schedules, you can see if the other person is busy or not
It is benefit as it also integrated google map and Waze hence don't need to type in the address manually every time for navigation

Allows me to update my notes on the job and helps me keep track of where I need to go

Having to keep it running in the background can sometimes overheat my phone

Allows my colleagues to know where I am as it is challenging being on the road
It is very easy to use, and the reminders help tremendously when driving for work to job to job.

I think the best is the ease of use and that everything is exact and accurate. When I check in and check out and how is it paired with maps.

Most of it is easy to use. I feel the part that may need more work is allocating jobs. It can be done on an app which would make it easier.
