Intuitive and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is user-friendly, clear and straightforward. I love that I can access client and resource information easily via multiple tabs. Changes are easy to make, and the system intuitively speeds up my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Skedulo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Skedulo app for resources has been life-changing. The response and uptake of offers from resources have made filling vacant jobs much faster. Our business performance has increased.

It's useful for tracking events and other company information.

The design could be a bit more colourful and inviting.

It centralises many of our business tasks and information which makes some jobs a lot more efficient.

Easy to administrate

What do you like best about the product?
I work in a business that has historically kept records in paper forms, the ability to keep customer records in one central location saves a lot of time and hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn in Skedulo. People naturally take time to get up to speed learning a brand new system, but the training we have had has been a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We'll never be able to go entirely paperless, but Skedulo is helping us strive toward it. This drives down printing cost.
Managing huge numbers of staffing lines has caused a lot of strife for our payroll team, Skedulo simplifies the process for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like the user interface - clean and easy to use for both the planning teams and field engineers. The onboarding process was great with a lot of training and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app while beautiful, suffers from the occasional out-of-the-blue error message, which makes me think that there may be a bit more QA / error testing required on the front end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supporting the scheduling of our engineering teams across the country and soon forming the basis of our installation booking tool for customers to self-select an install date.

Automation and the ability to customise for all aspects within our business
What do you dislike about the product?
Resourcing. Skedulo do have resourcing issues when getting issues resolved in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitalisation of data. Ensuring we have clinical forms in our system to improve the rishness of data in the organisation.

Also out of box functionality around automation and travel efficiencies.

Skedulo is simple to use while providing a powerful suite of tools. In addition, Skedulo's implementation team does an outstanding job!
What do you dislike about the product?
They should provide training material that covers examples of how to custmize, i.e., create a scenario to show how it could be used in various implementations

Transforming Scheduling from Spreadsheets with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo has provided a streamlined way for office staff to view and manage the day-to-day logistics of service providers. The mobile app has enabled service providers to manage their schedules and communicate with the office with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Salesforce was a barrier to entry and the ability to create custom solutions can be stifled sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large list of daily service deliveries became impossible with more traditional methods like email and spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy for our field staff to understand and use
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs and peculiarities about job creation that could use some polish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very low tech-skilled field staff to whom we need to assign jobs and track their travel, this is a very convenient way to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is an accurate and easy way to track employee statuses in freelance work and create/view schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that skedulo would work like google maps and notify employees to update their status when they begin a commute, get to their location, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that workers are where they need to be and on time, especially when managing many at once.
