What do you like best about the product?

A fantastic and user friendly platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - the platform, either on a desktop managing it or the app to use it, is straightforward and clear. This is key when it comes to training new staff that use Skedulo as they can pick it up quickly without any issues. The platform offers a user friendly way of making sure all of the staff we have are allocated to work and have all of the information needed at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering system could be better as, for us anyway, there is no way of selecting to see "all staff" or "all course" as there is no option for this. Sometimes we could miss people or courses due to incorrect filters being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is enabling us to have all information in one centralised place that our logistics team can use and alter as and when needed. This gives everyone a live view of what is happening whereas before, using multiple spreadsheets, information could be missed or incorrect. It also means that our trainers don't have to scroll emails to find what course and where they are booked for future weeks - we work in schools across the UK so having an clear and up to date schedule is helping us keep the flow of information clear.

Useful but can be over-complicated

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple people are able to update the system live so you get a good idea of what is happening as it is happening. It is also useful to keep track of what sessions have been scheduled or canceled and gives you more details on the format of the sessions it is tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some overly complicated systems to get to some useful areas. Unless you know the system quite well it can take a while to find what you are looking for, and then you only really know how to get to the areas that you know so if you need to find some different data you have to explore the system again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo helps me solve any inconsistencies between our records so I can see what should have been scheduled and if anything happened to that plan. We have so much going on every day the only way to see everything that is happening is with a system like this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a while to sit with it and understand the system before you try to use it

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of Skedulo is super easy to use and to train the basics to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality is lacking in anything outside of building a basic appointment. In a healthcare setting there are several nuances that Skedulo just doesn't incapsulate with their product. Training from Skedulo is basically is non-existant and I had to teach myself before training others. The online support only shows the basics and has yet answered one question i've had making me have to submit a ticket to support which is whole other issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling across timezones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't need anything besides an appointment showing up on a calendar, then this is thee product/software for you!

What do you like best about the product?
The system is a dynamic platform that allows us to track a variety of different visits. It contains basic demographic data and is quickly trackable. The filters are the most helpful feature
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a number of customizations needed to be able to use the system and every turn each feature cost more and more for what I felt should be easily built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created a streamline system for scheduling and allows us the track visits and tasks completed on a day to day basis. We also have much more data to work with now

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is a user-friendly easy-to-use application! The most desirable feature Skedulo has is the optimizer!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can use more features. The application/optimizer should display a brief list of what matches when choosing the best Resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application replaces manual effort. Scheduling, allocating and running appointments have been much easier with Skedulo with little to no error.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to manage our field line team remotely, on the fly. Provides visibility for our leadership and line team on schedules and accountabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile tools could be more robust for managing resources on iOS devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminated tribal knowledge being a requirement to serve our clients. Our business model uses recurring visits usually conducted by the same teammate. Skedulo pulls all of that institutional knowledge out of our folks' heads so that anyone can step in and contribute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learning curve and startup pain can be lessened by having company data organized and ready to import

What do you like best about the product?
Company wide insight into who is doing what, when.

Integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a manager, I have need to execute resource changes and updates in the field. IOS client on ipad and phone tools are subpar for a manager level user. Drag and drop functionality on Mac, Surface in Chrome in my preferred overview of vertical swim lane is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business uses repeating weekly schedules with the same resources visiting the same accounts each week. Skedulo allows for fairly seamless on-the-fly changes and updates that keep 'all the balls in the air.'

Have your company's data organized before beginning the integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The filtering abilities, quick reaction times, multiple scheduling options and ability to integrate with other applications/databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need refining, the views can be a little hard to read at times, and the interface could be better suited for other scheduling intentions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly working on bettering the availability of integrating Skedulo with other systems through automations, etc.The benefits of capturing data already exist within the system, but you need to realize them for your benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Draw up comprehensive plans and lists of all the data/services/capabilities you require from a scheduling service point of view and data integrity point of view. Institute a plan for making sure all of your most vital needs are addressed and discussed with whomever necessary before integrating.
