What do you like best about the product?
I would recommend Skedulo to a friend or colleague as it is user-friendly, compatible with mobile phones, and customizable. I enjoy the different views, such as weekly and monthly views, making it easier to schedule follow-up appointments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it has issues connecting to the internet and I would be unable to compelte the job, however, this is fixed relatively quickly! I have not come across any other area of using Skedulo that I do not like or have difficulty with! Using Skedulo as a practitioner is as simple as it can get, which helps with efficiency
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not solving any problems with Skedulo. Skedulo is one of the best systems I have used for scheduling my clients, especially with the monthly view. Super easy to use
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a program that's easy and simple to use, something that is time-efficient, and a program that is compatible with mobile phones, this is the program for you!

What do you like best about the product?
Linking to google maps so you can travel to the next persons house.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, I am enjoying the app so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes the data doesn't save when I am on the offline feature. I also find this a benefit.
Excellent platform for scheduling consultant activity
What do you like best about the product?
Allows multiple users to check the information attached, prior to dispatching the jobs to our consultants who go on site to do the work. Also allows easy reference post job completion in the event job details need to be checked.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue relates to attaching documents in Skedulo that have non-standard letters, i.e. if the document has a ( )or " or *, you cant upload and have to save and rename the file. In google, documents are often saved in the download folder with brackets which you cant upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform solves the problem we have of providing our consultants with essential job related information before they go to site to inspect.

It works in our business for both admin staff and consultants in the field
An easy way to schedule block bookings
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. It's a great way to schedule block bookings and to allocate staff to each individual job, sending out push notifications to staff members is particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a block booking is scheduled, it's difficult to amend certain aspects of the booking. If one of the dates in a block needs to be changed, you have to delete the entire block booking and start again from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo has made it easy to allocate and notify staff, it's easy to manage and ensures that everyone has all of the details they need about a booking. The skedulo app saves time and a lot of back and forth communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for the ability to amend block bookings and only use regions if you don't want to look at all of them at once.

Very easy to use and efficient! Never have I been able to schedule my clients so easily!

Sometimes i have to reload the page in order to find a city.

I have found Skedulo to be slow to load as a roster app for workers - be patient
Spend some time getting to know Skedulo on notebook and Skedulo app - there are a lot of functions, you need to be aware of them and utilise them

Skedulo is an extraordinarily efficient and robust service that has streamlined our business's work, increased efficiency, and assisted our mobile workforce in focusing on the task at hand rather than wondering where they will be at any given time. Our business required a much more sophisticated solution than a large and unwieldy spreadsheet to book meetings across a large geographic area, and Skedulo solved this problem for us. While our use case was a little different from scheduling high-volume jobs and a large workforce, we needed something that could distill an extensive array of variables and factors into information that was interpretable at a glance.
The Skedulo interface and user experience are second to none, and once your team learns the ins and outs, it becomes second nature for them. They love being able to view schedules in varied formats and customize data fields as we learn about how our project is operating. For schedulers, Skedulo makes it so easy to identify the best resource for your needs and dispatch that job efficiently. For our mobile workforce, they love being able to manage their work via the mobile app, and having detailed notes and information for each job minimizes the communication required between our office and the workforce. What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing we dislike, but this may be resolved shortly. We have not found an easy way to block out specific periods across our entire workforce efficiently. For example, if we want to block out 930am to 1130am for some professional development for our mobile workforce, we have to block that time out for each resource individually - with a large workforce, this can become a giant task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem Skedulo is solving for us is identifying the best resource available for a specific job while minimizing travel time, increasing efficiency in communication, and ensuring our resources have all the information they need to deliver a positive experience for our clients. You cannot achieve this with a simple spreadsheet or even some of their competitors in the market.

Well worth contacting them to access a more extended demo than is available online.
