What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can "Bookmark" presets so you don't need to keep selecting the options you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a "Recurring Job" has been created and you need to delete it you have to delete each Job one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk Dispatching is helpful and is an excellent way to double check that everything is dispatched.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time with learning the app. It can and will be an asset.

Skedulo can lag and is too dependent on excellent data connection

  • June 02, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo allowing to have availabilities, leave and rosters in one place is great. Being able to link rosters directly to participant supports is very useful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectability, issues with connection for the web app and mobile app. Often causing refresh being required multiple times per day.
Rosters are too focused on the client and not the resource. Building resource rosters knowing they have contract hours covered requires cross checking and use of external data to Skedulo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are being able to have a smaller team able to roster across the wider business by use of tags.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the purpose of the product prior to engaging in the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike the app as it is helpful in my role

The ease of use in booking my team and ensuring that my team's schedules are set is just as convenient as looking at your mobile calendar.

Wonderful product, fantastic support

  • May 27, 2021

What do you like best about the product?
From sales to implementation and ongoing support, we've had such a wonderful experience with Skedulo. They make the time to connect with us and genuinely pay attention to our issues. I love knowing that we have an advocate for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality that should be "standard" isn't. However, with every issue we've run into, our support team has worked with us toward resolution. As I mentioned before, I genuinely feel like our support team is invested in advocating for our success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently working on tweaking some functionality on job offers to customize messaging that resources see. Making these changes will allow us to improve our efficiencies by getting the appropriate information in front of our resources.

Invaluable tool for mobile workers

  • May 26, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, clean design, integrates with Salesforce well. Able to capture appointments in real time and see if anything needs attention. Tags also help us find the resource we need for a job all in one place. Availability tracking and utilization tracking is possible with Skedulo. Integration with navigation helps resource find where they need to go without leaving the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Availability needs tailoring to work; it isn't set up out of the box. Sometimes, users experience glitches in the field and need to reset the app/ phone. Early on, we were having issues with android users. Seems optimized for iOS. Cancellation of appointments has limited reasons that often do not fit the description of cancellation. Stacking appointments (two at the same location) is sometimes difficult to see on the swimlane and the actual time tab. I also wish there were notifications available. Activites tab is not utilized. A wider view of swimlanes (monthly) would benefit admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to streamline appointments and save time scheduling. All information needed for the worker is in the app, which has decreased mistakes and increased productivity on both ends. Attachments also allow all required documents in one place, which can be viewed when needed. Skedulo has improved oversight on appointments for our operations team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a demo and request availability patterns from the get go. Also be wary of large workforces as licenses need to be discussed. Logging in is a pain for some technologically challenged workers. Work with the Skedulo team to build the interface needed to run Skedulo- for our application, it took about a month of building.

Makes large scale work so much more manageable

  • May 26, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the job statuses feature. It is so nice to be able to keep up with appointments in real-time versus trying to track down individuals and confirm everything is going smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see how many times I have sent reminder notifications to a resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it is tough to train new resources on the app since the administrators don't have access to the app. The benefits are keeping track of work in real-time and allowing for everything to be in one central place.

Organized call

  • March 18, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There was communication the call was speedy and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish there was a better way to see everyones schedules and info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my last hospital we used ANSOS and Web Scheduler. These systems had a way to view each persons schedule individually with their personnel information and a section for notes. They also had a way to view everyones schedule and see all their names and times scheduled. I really wish skedulo had those features.

Review of Skedulo

  • March 12, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That it is integrated with salesforce and is very easy to use from one database to the other. Able to capture a lot of data on Skedulo. Easy way of rostering staff to jobs. Easy to update staffs availability and unavailability. Easy to modify days, times, resources. Jobs are sent to resources are sent in real time. Job numbers are easy to follow. Screen layout is easy to follow and understand. Use of tags and being able to filer out certain requests for resources. real time job statuses. view of total travel time, total time scheduled and average travel time. Swim lane snapshots, being able to push or TXT resources to notify them of checking in/ out or updates to jobs. Calendar view of ongoing bookings provides a great snapshot of reoccurrence days.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a resource perspective it is slow and glitchy. As we use NDIS if a mistake has been made and the incorrect line item has been used you can not change to the correct line item attached to the clients account. You cant 'rollover' supports when the reoccurring job has ended. Some of the pop up errors do not indicate what problem is occurring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WHS with resources. Rostering staff, the casual workforce are able to send updates of availability to administrators in real time. Passing on information to the resources quickly and efficiently from the clients attached to the jobs. Travel time to and from jobs. efficient and effective billing to clients NDIS plans. Job numbers are easy to follow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
being cautions of not adding to much 'out of the box'. Over the years it has slowed down the system from both a resource and administration perspective and causes implications around WH&S. Recommend it for the amount of features Skedulo provides.
