Great for dispatching medics so they know their entire day
What do you like best about the product?
The shifts feature allows you to see how well you are using a medic and ensure they have a full productive day and are not overbooked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Skedulo does not recognize when the market is overbooked and crashes when it gets overloaded at in opportune times of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning out a medics day and making sure medics have an even workload and do not have to drive all over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy way to schedule employees workday, this is the perfect product
I would suggest Skedulo to anyone
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can assign multiple Patients at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The map places me after every edit away from the location Im working in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how I dont have to bounce between multiple screens. I like these benefits
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to learn
Gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo makes dispatching very easy. I like having everything I need to dispatch on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when Skedulo crashes because it makes dispatching very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo allows me to dispatch responders to patients in a second, which in turns allows our business to continue to thrive.
Skedulo
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage multiple people and calls at once, the ability to give the responders more freedom with call planning. One additional perk I enjoy is the push and txt notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pt CC is usually not shown in visit details requiring us to fo to ReadyOps to find this info. The glitch is still there causing responder name icons to fall behind calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I run into that Skedulo makes easier is booking and grouping multi pt calls. Skedulo makes it easy to keep track of these assuming they are input correctly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be convenient, but keep an eye out for bugs and constantly refresh.
Increased overall situational awareness for Dispatch. Extended timelines to launch.
What do you like best about the product?
The support durning launch was great. The Skedulo team was on hand to troubleshoot in real time to ensure a good launch. The custom Map/Scheduling interface allows our dispatchers, at a glance, to have lots of information and make better, more efficient, and informed decisions. Because Dispatchers have this information, they are more versed in the intricacies of the call and can respond with better solutions to unique, dynamic incidents that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first part the was the timeline for getting the product. Several deadlines were continually pushed back. Eventually there was a significant descoping of functions to make the final implementation deadline. The lack of communications between systems that my company uses with Skedulo has been hamstringing efficiency, causing work arounds for the sake of keeping the system moving forward. The logic deciding the best employee to send to a call is not functioning at the time of writing this. The Skedulo team is working on it and a solution is expected in the near future. As with custom builds, we are also noticing various bugs that are addressed when they are found, but until they are fixed they hamper operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved is visibility for relation between the location of calls scheduled and the locations of people that will respond to those calls in a real-time environment, in addtion to that the information attached to both the calls and responders. Best benefits, the ability for our dispatch team to make more informed, more efficient and all around better routing decisions based on real-time input.
Little more love
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the best thing I can say. I really enjoy the Map view and being able to do most of all tasks in the map view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having admin rights to adjust / update trip information. Having to go through tech support to get simple tasks adjusted is tasking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous system was very manual. Skedulo has decreased the manual process significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really enjoy the product as a whole, but would love to see this fully designed and set to the standards we want. While doing the build we had to de-scope numerous times to get our standards down to get the product rolled out and in production.
Ready Review
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to our old dispatch system, Skedulo is more useful and easier to use. After the Ready team tweaked the system for our use, it became better than we could've asked for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, learning Skedulo was the hardest part of the entire system. It's not very intuitive for new users and the UI can be complicated at times. Fortunately, after you get to know Skedulo it becomes straightforward and seamless to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally, learning the system was the hardest part. There is an extreme amount of things you can do with Skedulo, and it can seem overwhelming for new users. At times it appears that Skedulo has more functions than uses when it comes to Ready.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time and learn the software. Once you get the hang of it, you can use Skedulo for whatever you need.
Skedulo has an intuitive user interface and extensive support.
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo can help customize solutions to fit my organization's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to understand the entire offering of Skedulo's capabilities and documentations are sometimes not sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Skedulo to optimize resource allocation and support scheduling.
Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Skedulo is their Customer Support. They are always available and has been consistent in their promptness when answering the support tickets that we submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances where the mobile application is taking alot of time to load. Specifically the custom forms. If they can speed up the app, this will be a great advantage!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working on the new version that they have released HCAO 1.158, most of the features are already working, we'll just need further review on the Job lock function.
Indispensable scheduling tool
What do you like best about the product?
Job statuses easy to follow. Native to salesforce. East to integrate what fields you want from salesforce into skedulo. Avaailability and unavailability help keep guess work out of resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not set up out of the box. Resources not able to add their own availability. The inability to reschedule a job after is is marked in progress (but you're able to if it's in any stage before that)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a mobile workforce. Solving availability issues. Streamlining our job processes. Limiting unnecessary conversations. Storage of all requisition forms with easy access.
