Great Application for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule our independent contracted employees to carry out our services all over the United States. Also, the ability to upload images into each job scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was a way to have a live chat option when scheduling jobs to our phlebotomists. I also, which there was an opportunity to add personalized options to the main swimlane view of the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of skedulo are unmatched in my line of work. I have over 100+ contracted phlebotomists all over the USA that I am scheduling appointments for and skedulo is a user friendly option.

What do you like best about the product?
We find the user friendly interface allows for effective communication between schedulers and resources, the swim lanes makes it easy to see who is where and what jobs they are completing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our resources feedback is the timeframe it takes for the Skedulo app to load, and our schedulers tell us that when scheduling a job the system glitches and doesn't always save the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective and efficient scheduling of jobs, setting tasks for resources to complete, monitoring documentation of completed jobs, and ensuring we are meeting our compliance obligations. The ability to track resource locations and ensure their safety .

Skedulo is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo has made it easy for us to schedule our maintenance technicians to go to our properties. It lets us customize the information that they can see, lets us tell them how urgent the job is, and allows us to track where our guys are at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One tough thing that we have run into is the pictures and attachments section. It often errors out or does not allow our staff to upload pictures correctly. It occasionally duplicates pictures or only uploads a white square.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better route optimize jobs for our technicians that are in the field. We can plan their schedules in a way that works for them and are able to provide them all the information they may need in order to complete a job
A very powerful tool for logistics
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo helps automate our dispatch planning and services across one of our most important work forces. The support team is world class.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be buggy but Skedulos support teammates are very responsive. We also need to expand the scheduling capability to include multiple user types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating dispatch services has improved efficiency and tracking across the enterprise. Hopefully we will be able to expand the role of Skedulo in our organization with added features.

Provide more customizability with the UI.
Good program but use is complicated if you don't have Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see mileage for each staff member is exactly what we needed. In addition, having all availability tracked together is perfect for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing all staff, then all availability, then all regions, then all tags, then all locations, then any updates is time-consuming, and we have run into several complications. From my understanding, this is all much easier from integrated with Salesforce, but we do not use Salesforce. Additionally, we have run into several issues where we haven't been able to do certain things and have had to work through several people to determine the correct settings needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now available to schedule by closest to location and job tags very easily. It is quicker process than the manual version we had previously. Replacing declines and no shows is also much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and basic. We are able to filter and pull reports on all fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some basic features. Hard to get in touch with the team when there are issues. Still requires alot of manual work by our team.

We are scheduling and dispatching resources to complete mobile blood draws for patients. The benefits are ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ux design for the web app and the fact that the tools represent a full suite

The syncing issues with our system have made our launch with y'all difficult

We are using it as a operations and logistics tool for on demand medical professionals to visit patients in their home. Skill based routing has been realized through y'all

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can customize fields to meet our requirements. I also love that the system has visual features for our right-brain dominant individuals. The visual colour changes and options to display different job statuses easily catches a dispatcher's eye and ease the stress on our eyes.
We can also pull a lot more analytic information that we were never able to. Skedulo allows us to increase our detailed audits to optimize our business where necessary.

What do you dislike about the product?
With all of the customizations, we also run into many bugs. We ran into more bugs than I expected to; some bugs were not able to be solved as the Skedulo Support team couldn't replicate the issues

I always try to solve a reported bug first before submitting a support ticket to Skedulo.
Within our business, Skedulo allowed us to free up a lot of manual processes; for example, we can now pull all of our employee's availability dates within the Analytics console instead of manually conducting a count. The Skedulo Mobile App aids our field employees to receive all of their job information right on the app, including the foreman's details and the ability to navigate to the job location. This eliminates the constant questions our dispatchers receive daily from field employees

I love the functionality of the system; I love the support that is offered within it. The communication it has brought with us and our field workers has been detrimental to our business.

It's challenging for us to customize the product, however, it brings us to an understanding to take a different perspective on the product, which could help our business in the long run.

We are solving the communication gap between us and our field workers. We are also reducing our manual processes within the organization. There are massive benefits to having a system that integrates with our other platforms!
