What do you like best about the product?
The timesheet and custom forms, which brings more flexibility from Salesforce to Skedulo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really dislike, maybe the speed of syncing data between Salesforce and Skedulo. The other part might be there is no space for us to customize Skedulo mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding custom forms, letting workers adding/managing their timesheets and activities. Some Skedulo custom settings such as sync schedule data automatically between Salesforce and Skedulo.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact Skedulo reduces the time needed to schedule work for my team. It has a modern and easy to use interface on the desktop which makes my scheduling work more enjoyable. I also like the fact I am able to run off informative reports about the work my team is doing.

I also appreciate Skedulo release updates to the system with improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mobile app is not as stable and reliable as it could be. At times, we get sync errors resulting in records not being updated properly. These seem to be caused when mobile data is patchy. The app doesn't seem to work very well when it is offline - I have raised this to the support team and I am aware this is being looked at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, I schedule quite a large number of jobs each week and I also support my colleagues with using the system.

I find Skedulo saves quite a lot of time spent on scheduling of work in comparison to the system I used to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend others to study Skedulo's support pages thoroughly as the system has a lot of functionality compared to other systems which can seem daunting at first but the support pages helped me get a better grip of the system's functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Our users find Skedulo a modern and a dynamic application. They appreciate the modern and responsive user interface and the reduced time it takes to schedule & complete internal recording processes.

As a Systems Manager, I appreciate Skedulo's flexibility within their professional services team. Implementing Skedulo within our organisation involved not only the core scheduling functionality but also involved quite a few customisations. The team has been very helpful in exploring how we could revise our internal processes to best work with Skedulo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to have a clearer oversight of upcoming features & updates - product roadmap. I am aware Skedulo is a dynamic company constantly working on the product to bring new features - both included in core subscription and as paid addons. I would find it helpful to have a better foresight of planned updates and product road map so that I can consider these in our internal implementation plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying scheduling processes resulting in reduced time needed to schedule and reduced amount of staff needing to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides, you can see your schedule at a glance. The location, address, time and dates. Keeps one very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of times you have to refresh a few times to make sure the check in or check out has registered. Also the typo is very small especially if you are on your IPad and you may not be able to check off your shift button initially. Seems to be a lot of open space below the time you start and end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It a great scheduling tool for managers. Rather than manually doing on a spreadsheet. It’s a very efficient hands off tool. If I need an update or need to be there later. My supervisor immediately updates it in Schedulo so it’s all efficiently set up for me to follow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a very efficient and effective scheduling tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to view schedule -- Helps determine store by store data. Helps auto staffing as well. Also we get texts if someone forgets to check out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app does not always register the check in or check out causing non compliance. This is dependent on location service.
Also a single page view to see my teams staffing for the month would be great.
Also if there was an easier way to delete pending shifts rather than clicking on each individual box it would save a good amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out schedules has become easier with the Skedulo app - especially as we expand the team. We also calculate hours per appointment per store location based on Skedulo data. This helps us determine whether the store needs to be staffed full time or just part time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Skedulo is a great platform that helps us with accountability in retail and making wiser decisions with staffing.

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo provides a throurough and simply way to organize your work schedule and provide data for future planning. It really makes for a clean and simple way to stay organized and provide clear and concise scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Skedulo will always improve considering it’s strong consumer base.

Skedulo provides clear scheduling and clears up and miscommunication between staff and supervisors.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Skedulo is how easy to use it is and yet still very multi-functional. Anyone with very basic computer skills can learn Skedulo and master it in a few hours (if not minutes....). I think without Skedulo, my transition to this new job could have been challenging. I feel comfortable with how I navigate through it like a pro ..and this is just my second week at work...

I rate Skedulo very high and recommend it to any company...
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing about Skedulo. I only wish it was advertised more so that many more companies would use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Skedulo I can look up information, contact, schedules and be able to schedule appointments for our clients in their real time.

Amazing Software Platform for Integrative Healthcare.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to utilize the software on multiple platforms along with the ease of being able to pull necessary reports is one of the best and unique features of skedulo. Skedulo is really way ahead of others in terms of their technology-specific to healthcare. It has been really helpful for our team to utilize this platform in order to be able to schedule in real-time rather than having to go back and forth with a healthcare provider to schedule a visit out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to really dislike anything too much within Skeudlo. I think maybe the biggest challenge or dislike that I might have at times is where we might have to unnecessarily maneuver through potentially a few extra steps in order to reach the main section you were wanting to go to. I think there might be some opportunity to remove a few of these steps in order to make it even more convenient and easy to utilize. The other potential dislike is not having frequently automated or included updates within the system more periodically. It seems like we have to always request for a lot of the updates or changes which at times is delayed due to associated costs every time an update is requested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling of patients to clinicians. This is something that many in healthcare have issues with but Skedulo has been able to truly change this and provide a more user-friendly interface for the user. We have been able to resolve challenging scheduling situations. We have been able to continue to rely on Skedulo for quick updates and utilization based on our needs, this has allowed us to improve our processes and implement quick changes required in our fast-paced and time-sensitive field. Skedulo is a key piece to our success and will continue to be a huge part of further success.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Skedulo is to use. It's extremely user friendly and how it integrates with Salesforce is amazing.

The app does sometime glitch out, and there is difficulty signing in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Skedulo to organize our strict schedule, and connect with our cleaners. It makes for an easy communication and organization of our day-to-day with the cleaners.

Do it if you want to improve your company's efficiency. Simple as that.
