Fabulous tool for scheduling resource and job
What do you like best about the product?
The optimisation takes all the 'human' effort out of trying to schedule jobs and the reosurces required to undertake those activities. It integrates well with our infrastructure to enable online booking, automation of notifications and tracking of job status, completion, time and management metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to edit an image 'in app' isn't currently available which means our team have to edit on a mobile device and upload - this is a GDPR nightmare to keep our teams phones clear of images
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel time between jobs, skill set availability and suitability for a job. Easy to use and present value metrics are a big bonus

Skedulo is is a user friendly system that has great potential
What do you like best about the product?
the app is clear and consice and the system has practical functionaly for rostering. The customer support has been a positive experience and the integration with Lumary is a plus for our Organisation
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of consoles to navigate which is confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Base Rosters - this is hoepfully going to assist in streamlining rostering and giving more access to resource availablity and hours scheduled

Easy to understand. I uses sometime only and the web site is fraindly.

slow sometime the web site. more integration with JT in some case.

you can see where the crew are if they are useing properly the app
Scheduling has become very efficient since we began using Skedulo.
What do you like best about the product?
Once we have added the correct tags, we have been able to manage the routes that have made scheduling very successful for us as we no longer have to manually check availability and we have an answer within seconds. I like that the technicians are able to add time off as well as they can manage the routes. Customer have been very happy recieving notifications such as when the technician is in route.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say it is more of a user error. If I accidentally make changes to a schedule but do not follow the correct steps,I can impact multiple people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is able to identify availability in a timely manner which in turn gives availability so we can offer to our customers

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is extremely user friendly. The team at Skedulo have been great at supporting us throughout implementation and production.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Skedulo have not worked with a provider like ours before, we have hit a few stumbling blocks along the way but nothing that has been left unresolved - the team have been great!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Availability of our resource - our old system was outdated and clunky, now we can see in real-time out resource availability and any changed made to it.

skedulo make my job so easy . just adding the information saves everything

What do you like best about the product?
Recently we have had a new Customer Success Manager support our company (Jamie Baxter). He has been a breath of fresh air and has been very supportive as we look to enhance our FSM tool. The current scheduler is good for what we needed at the beginning of our journey. We are now in consultation with Skedulo as we grow and great conversations have been had so far and I am excited to see how we develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that initially we had to wait a few days sometimes weeks for a responce from the team at Skedulo. Our original contact was not always helpful/lack of knowledge (but did try when I managed to get hold of them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mission is to expand and grow. We need more from a FSM tool which Skedulo have taken on board our misson statement and I hope to see how that progresses

The delay at times allocated pending orders on schedule once scheduled.
