Skedulo is not very user friendly. Too much room for error when scheduling appointments.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how patients can see their scheduled appointments in their time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like how long it actually takes to schedule an appointment, too many clicks. Also do not like how you have to select the providers' time zone to schedule. It's not easy having to remember every provider/nurses time zone when they are spread out across the country. Also, wish there was an option to control appointment reminders, not every appointment scheduled needs them. Also wish patients were not able to respond to our direct emails from appointment confirmations/cancelations. Lastly, I wish the cancelation emails actually stated the date and time of the appointment canceled so it does not cause confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find myself having to constantly refresh and/or log out to schedule an appointment.
It is nice to work with but it would be helpful if different types of apts could be color coded.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that time zones for patients can be converted to their time zone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that we have to use two separate systems, Skedulo to schedule and Athena to see the charts. Would be nice if it was all one program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patients are notified of their apt in their time zones which is really nice to have. We have had issues with notifications being sent too early or not at all.

What do you like best about the product?
Viewing appointments in specific time zones in the swimlane view is helpful when scheduling patients in various time zones. This leaves a lower margin of error when scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Skedulo does not always automatically roll appointments to our EMR system, Athena. Due to this, we have to cancel the appointment and re-enter it, which sends alerts to patients and causes confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are various search options when looking for cancelled appointments which is helpful. Being able to see a patients time zone when scheduling in a providers time zone which is different than patients is helpful to schedule appropriate time for patient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many different views when scheduling. It's helpful to be educated on all views prior to use to determine most efficient method for each individual. Time zone options can be helpful to minimize scheduling errors. We utilize Amazon web service with Skedulo which has gone down twice and affected Skedulo. Overall, once you get used to the system, it's easy to use and easy to view schedule info you are looking for!

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to add unavailable time under the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Swimlane visibility. If the view were larger, it would be easier to see. It works properly just looking for ease of visibility. It would be great to have a different view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All is good! No problems, team is quick to resolve. N financial benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration has been smooth and the working with the product and engineering team is fun

Webhooks can have more filters and prevent spamming for every change

Scheduling between patients and customers
Skedulo does what it is intended, it tracks us on the road which is a great safety feature.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it can track where you in real time which is useful for safety and also for the admin to check where you are if a client has called and is wondering if you are on the way to the appointment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are a lot of issues which the button to complete or progress the job. I have to press it twice and double check it at the end of the day to see that all jobs have been properly completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to organise my jobs for the day and allows my managers to see what I have planned for the day so that they know I am working as I should and not slacking off.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allowing you to edit jobs on the actual app and make changes. I would also reccommend that it uses less battery when running in the background.
Skedulo for a Virtual Clinic
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use when scheduling an appointment from the web-based program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dashboard is a calendar that shows a list of Job IDs vs patient names or provider names. Skedulo, although helpful, is still not quite ready for clinical use. Even the question below where it asks "For which purposes do you use Skedulo" doesn't include clinicians or members/patients!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding a scheduling system that takes into account time zones has been a huge hurdle for our virtual clinic. Thankfully we were able to find Skedulo to solve that need.

Overall good product; be wary about using it in a clinical format.

What do you like best about the product?
I would recommend Skedulo to a friend or colleague as it is user-friendly, compatible with mobile phones, and customizable. I enjoy the different views, such as weekly and monthly views, making it easier to schedule follow-up appointments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it has issues connecting to the internet and I would be unable to compelte the job, however, this is fixed relatively quickly! I have not come across any other area of using Skedulo that I do not like or have difficulty with! Using Skedulo as a practitioner is as simple as it can get, which helps with efficiency
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not solving any problems with Skedulo. Skedulo is one of the best systems I have used for scheduling my clients, especially with the monthly view. Super easy to use

If you want a program that's easy and simple to use, something that is time-efficient, and a program that is compatible with mobile phones, this is the program for you!

Linking to google maps so you can travel to the next persons house.

Nothing so far, I am enjoying the app so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes the data doesn't save when I am on the offline feature. I also find this a benefit.
