Great software that is still growing
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility in the swimlane - being able to oversee our workforce to be more on top of patient care and staff managment
What do you dislike about the product?
The skedulo mobile app has frequent connection difficulties often failing for staff in the field. Additionally, our company often needs to utilise shorter visits (e.g. 15 mins) and a large amount of daily jobs, where the platform seems to struggle on these timescales. Recurring schedules are also not easily managed/edited or extended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing our daily field services with greater precision has allowed us to address many inefficiencies, such as reducing travel distances/costs.

When you can locate the Field Workers if they completed the job

some log situations and glitches, take long to load the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when they are not login and logout accordingly
Skedulo works well on the computer but sometimes it has minor issues on the mobile app.
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is helpful in viewing all the jobs rostered and edit the jobs. Great platform to view all the jobs in different regions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature about Skedulo would be that it sometimes randomly crashes and have to keep refreshing to view changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo helps keep track of the jobs throughout the day. It benefits the overall performance of the company as we are able to keep track of where the jobs are at. We are able to keep track of availabilities of staffs.
Skedulo is very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
The look when using it. Very easy on the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes can be a little slow, especially when locking in jobs but this is a minor dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to lock in jobs has really saved time in terms of working on future weeks. A real time saver.

It's very easy to learn to use and extremely user friendly.

What I like best about Skedulo is the Optimizing it runs smooth and fast.

I honestly don't dislike anything about Skedulo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was manually having to schedule appointments. It reduces a lot of manual time consuming work.

Definitely consider Skedulo it was the best choice for our company.
Skedulo Makes Work Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The customizations like running job optimization makes running a lot of data at once simpler than doing job by job manually!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The correlation between inputting info into salesforce and it pulling over correctly into skedulo is wonky at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to accurately sort and dispatch jobs to reps across the country. Using resource tags makes it where jobs are not put on reps lacking certain skills to complete the jobs as well!
Ease of managing a growing workforce
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting schedules for multiple areas of the country. We have over 70 regions from miami to phoenix and we can subdivide them and organize by different groups and apply skill tags to subdivide them even smaller by talents or even team managers making it easier for each manager to navigate whom his people are and their workload. It is also a great safety feature to be able to see where a resource is at any given time it has helped with more than 1 medical emergency and a missing vehicle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulties when making salesforce customizations talk with the mobile app. We are having issues with rescheduling talking to salesforce with our current customizations from the mobile app. The tech support ticket system is a bit slow to get back to you on these issues and focus on what I would consider less significant aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from sales reps only being able to see 3 customers a day to up to 7 due to ease of navigation and time calculations. This also reduces the time needed for our appointment setters using the booking grid designed by Skedulo to easily, with 3 clicks, see the availability of all sales reps in the region. We can also subdivide territories by skedulo regions to keep them in distinct areas and reduce unnecessary drive times
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good working relationship with your liaison mine has made difficult moments much smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can "Bookmark" presets so you don't need to keep selecting the options you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a "Recurring Job" has been created and you need to delete it you have to delete each Job one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk Dispatching is helpful and is an excellent way to double check that everything is dispatched.

Take your time with learning the app. It can and will be an asset.

System freezes a lot, have to refresh a lot of times.

easier rostering across several business units
Skedulo can lag and is too dependent on excellent data connection

Skedulo allowing to have availabilities, leave and rosters in one place is great. Being able to link rosters directly to participant supports is very useful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectability, issues with connection for the web app and mobile app. Often causing refresh being required multiple times per day.

Benefits are being able to have a smaller team able to roster across the wider business by use of tags.

Consider the purpose of the product prior to engaging in the product.
