Work with complex logistics

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to manipulate which allows for quick changes when necessary. I like that it integrates with Salesforce and that we can make changes to the system as our company grows. It is also easy use on the go which is extremely important for a field sales team. The mobile version of the app is helpful as well since it contains all the relevant information for each job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering of swimlanes on the desktop could be improved since it doesn't allow me to view all cities in one view. This could just be an issue with how my system was set up. I also wish that some things did not require engineering support. this would allow us to handle smaller automations without involving the Skedulo team. Setting up re-occurring jobs has also sometimes been a hassle since you have to set s separate schedule for each timezone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Skedulo to handle appointments across various homes across multiple cities. The ability to change what homes we are servicing quickly allows us to adapt to the market. This was especially helpful as we made transitions during Covid. Skedulo is set up to work with our business and has automations built in to ensure we are scheduling time slots efficiently and with certain safeguard to ensure our customers are getting sufficient notice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn how to manipulate the connections with Salesforce so that it's easier to update yourself without having to go through Skedulo.

For some reason, people have a hard time rescheduling, so it might be a user interface for the person touring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting people up on tours in real time. takes less than 5 minutes. it's super easy and a time saver

Solid scheduling platform that could use a few improvements

What do you like best about the product?
Simple design and layout. Easy to schedule across different teams/individuals. I love the different options for viewing the calendar and ability to easily view the calendar of my teammates.

It is extremely easy to reach out to leads via the Skedulo app when on the go. Our Leasing team uses this functionality all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with SF/Google could use some improvement. It would be extremely helpful to be able to have a better live link with Google Calendar. The current integration does not sync in real time and this makes it difficult to view my Google Calendar events and Skedulo events in one calendar.

Drag and drop feature needs some improvement. Seems like a simple feature for a calendar but in Skedulo, it currently does not work properly.

Not very easy to schedule an event for a select team/group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once set up properly, our automated system laid out the schedule for our field team automatically. The main benefit is the link to SF, which we utilize for everything. Our IS team schedules tours for our Leasing team from SF and then the Leasing team can easily see their schedule from Skedulo and contact leads with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be organized with implementation of Skedulo. Seek help from support or the Skedulo community on integrations to maximize overall ease of use. There are a lot of ways to customize the software and an organized plan from the start will save you a lot of time in the long run.

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is super simple to use and the software is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the current climate, Skedulo isn't the most versatile. With users limited to working to one region or city, our team is unable to book meetings virtually in varying regions/cities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Skedulo our team books real estate tours from a centralized team. The Salesforce integration makes it simple for the team to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can see my schedule and notes on the go. and make changes as need be. i dont really need my computer when on site or touring. I also like that I can quickly call a client or text a client if im in a hurry or even if something pops up. again i font have to go back to my computer to look it up. I also like that i can access other peoples skedulo to see what is availble and what isnt. the integration to saleforce is amazing as well. to be able to delete or schedule something and it instantly pop up on sales force and gmail blows my mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were similar accessibilities as there are on the online skedulo. being able to delete a time block that i submitted is impossible on the phone. it would be nice to have it be just like the desktop. It also needs a different color scheme seems to blend with sales force and everything else that is blue. i do wish we could view our team mates schedule on our phones on the go. not a huge need but would stream line a few incidents in the field. All of my issues with sckedulo are app based. Software it self is great. I do dislike how long it takes to load in app. and how it refreshes constantly making it hard to remain on one task. It would be nice to have a manual refresh button. i also dont like closing the app and reopening it just to see updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont have to go back to my computer constantly. makes being face to face with more people easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I can see my coworkers schedule without having to ask them when they're free beforehand. Booking tours is very quick and easy, and automations make it so the opportunity receives a text confirming the tour. Also, I am able to adjust the time appropriately, which helps a lot!I like how there are several features attached to the tour booking such as room number and suite. Skedulo allows us to input the room and suite that the person is booking a tour at. With this, we can automatically send out a post tour email with this information, as well as the application for that appopriate room. There is also the option to schedule a tour for a certain period of time. This is great for in person tours of larger buildings. The flexibility that skedulo offers with booking tours has been extremely helpful and saves all of us time across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't book tours for multiple cities. So if a Leasing specialist works for more than one city, I have to book a tour for that same city, rather than the accurate one. It would be nice if we could book tours for multiple cities for one person in particular. At Common, Skedulo is really helpful in seeing everyones availability. If we could see there availability without having to book the tour that would also be nice and helpful. This way, If a lead has already toured with this person once, and then wants to tour a different home, I can schedule this person in again. Also, we have in person homes for certain homes on certain days. It would be nice if we could change this within skedulo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reserve someone on my team's schedule, and can easily see when they are available. This makes booking tours a seemless process. Especially with everything being virtual. I do not need to have a back and forth conversation with members on my team to figure out when they are available. This also avoids the possibility of them being double booked for a tour. Skedulo works very well with salesforce, and sending out automations as a whole. Through booking a tour in skedulo, a lead will receive a confirmation text, and after the tour is held they will also receive an automated post tour email. This helps our company run smoother and gives me more time to focus on more important things. Skedulo allows us to input the room and suite that the person is booking a tour at. With this, we can automatically send out a post tour email with this information, as well as the application for that appopriate room. There is also the option to schedule a tour for a certain period of time. This is great for in person tours of larger buildings. The flexibility that skedulo offers with booking tours has been extremely helpful and saves all of us time across the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If we could have one leasing specialist assigned to multiple cities that would be helfpful and allow more flexibility for us. Also we have in person touring at certain homes, so if this could be altered that would also be helpful. If we could see there availability without having to book the tour that would also be nice and helpful. This way, If a lead has already toured with this person once, and then wants to tour a different home, I can schedule this person in again. Overall, skedulo is very helpful to our organization, but if more flexibility could be implemented, that would save us even more time!

What do you like best about the product?
On skedulo you can keep all your daily jobs on the cellphone in your pocket instead of having a clipboard with dozens of sheets of paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about skedulo, I think its a great app for the trucking industry and solves alo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is saving me a lot of time. I can email receipts instantly when a job is done with a click of a button, I can see which trucks have completed there jobs and everything is digital There is no paper trail, everything is done on the phone!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is, I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems slow (when going from say the verticle swim lane to a different screen but that could also be my internet)

I love how easy it is to see where our crew is on their route, to view the map, its just a great tool overall for dispatching

What do you like best about the product?
When routing I love the notifications that come up when the jobs have been sent to the driving teams. It's satisfying. I also like that you able to locate the truck throughout the day and effectively communicate to the customer where the trucks are in relation to their pickup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have some sort of definitive color linkage. For each route have a line connecting the jobs and then we could see where they intercept but also which is next in line instead changing views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently solving an automation check up - wanting to know if there is a way we can resend emails as a customer asks for them especially if there have been any changes to the file.

Benefits - the automation for our confirmations and arrival windows has saves our sales team a tremendous amount of time every do so very thankful about that!
