What do you like best about the product?
The product works out of the box.Skedulo has extensive documentation with ready access to customer service managers and developers for training and information.The ability to add fields easily and quickly is an enormous advantage for evolving the reporting capability in line with changing requirements.Salesforce provides extensive reporting capability with data access.

Above all the Skedulo app works reliably as documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extensive learning curve with Skedulo and Saleforce. Understanding salesforce data access. All reports are derived from Saleforce once the relationships are understood
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing service time and distance in realtime to allow generation of payroll and customer billing reports.This facilitates control and timeliness of remote workforce.

Excellent Retail Scheduling Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Good tool for managing retail resource scheduling, ease in managing the schedules.
We are currently using it for managing about 1700 retail employees and the process has been error free.
The team at skedulo has quick turnaround time for any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better real time tracking of resources within the tool. It would be great to implement a geographical real time check in notification where in resources can check in to the tool only when they are at their assigned job location and manager can keep track of the location of resource.

We are operating in different time zones and there are some issues when trying to schedule jobs in different regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made life easy for retail scheduling team. Earlier they were managing the schedules in excel sheets which can be very cumbersome and not scalable easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has loads of built in features that makes it the go-to tool to manage retail scheduling. The team at skedulo is passionate about what they are doing and implements all the customizations requested by the business team. We have increased the usage from about 900 users to 1700 users with no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Reduced admin time with invoicing. Clear record of who the customer is seeing from the company, and the history of appointments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still unable to automatically factor in/ invoice capped travel cost.
Sometimes it takes very long for it to load and change status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the cheduler- I have much better visibility of my team's billable status.

What do you like best about the product?
The best features about Skedulo are the geolocation and assignment based rules. I like the ability to send my field reps the list of tasks they need to complete the job. The configuration and setup is pretty straight forward and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the jobs are not available before or after 90 days. Also all of the additional forms require Skedulo customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to send jobs to our field agents to perform different jobs based upon what is ordered. Depending on the job they will have different tasks to perform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always check the user guide before reaching out for Skedulo support most of my questions have been addressed in knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
The constant innovation and furthering of their product. They are always rolling out new features and iterations of the software. The support is great as well and we have needed plenty as we have built in some automated features and needed help putting it all together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is not being able to modify the front end GUI very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling for our photographers and field coordinators who have to visit hundreds of properties every month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Solid product, give it a go. The team is super friendly and helpful and it doesnt take long to setup and test it out. The live tracking of drivers etc. is great as is the JIT algorithm/scheduler.

Skedulo makes it easy to work with different distributed resources and allow our team to manage different workflows than are native to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the permissioning and user support can be complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo allows us to effectively co-ordinate teams on two continents with users in multiple different functions.

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo has been a great partner for us. We had looked at many tools to help us automate our internal resources for scheduling and Skedulo was the only tool that hit all the marks. They have been willing to make customizations where necessary and also give us guidance on process improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn’t been much that we have disliked thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Skedulo to manage our demo scheduling process for our internal resources. They are often multi layered and complicated. Skedulo has been the only tool up for the task.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find resources by location with ease, change resources when needed. Can include resources that have special certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to change anything in the past. Dealing with timezone the "past" isn't always the past. Also in our business things change and we don't find out until after. Need ability to remove things for the past. Also, having online/onsite trainers timezones can get confusing. Need better way to determine how to display timezones for online/onsite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily schedule resources without having to look at locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Scalable solution with location and configurable settings that support optimal resource utilization through a mobile platform that staff can easily interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration is not direct with healthcare, but this can be accommodated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to best schedule visits with patients, while our resources, clinicians, have various skills and availability. We believe we are able to schedule 1-2 additional patient visits per day because of the platform capabilities to optimize our schedules. We have have gained efficiency in tracking mileage for reimbursement.

Do not over customize to allow further scalability.
