What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and support is outstanding. They were with us every step of the way as we customized the process to fit our exact needs. Could not be happier with the responsiveness and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. We are in early implementation stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in the early stages of implementation, but roll out has been smooth and Skedulo has been right there if needed to work through any questions or concerns.

Easy to use mobile app; ability to track jobs while in progress; rules to automatically assign jobs

Hard to add a profile photo, not intuitive to complete a job

What do you like best about the product?
It is the primary resource for managing the assignment of personnel to patient appointments, received by the CRM System via HL7 feeds, for our care coordinators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time it is good, sometimes a job is not created due to integration error

Skedulo is responsible for scheduling and management of resources at the Recommended Item/Appointment Level

What do you like best about the product?
Our trainers love that they can view scheduled events on the calendar quite easily. Enter post meeting notes of events while leaving the meeting on the service records using the mobile app.
Our scheduling coordinators, while scheduling events find searching certifications by trainer very helpful. We have several users that have view only and giving them visibility of events conducted to by the trainer is very helpful for them when managing their shared accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our end users, the system is at times a little slow to pull data. For our admins, there are a few areas to update to make changes in the system which can make it a little tedious. Mobile app configuration could be a bit better. For example, allowing the administrators access to make changes as needed would be ideal. This would cut down time on sending in support tickets and waiting for a response. Especially when we refresh our sandbox, we have some custom development that requires skedulo development team to fix for us. We need this ability in house.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamlessly scheduling our trainers to conduct training events at schools. Which then allows them to enter important information about the event on the service records. they can do this by using desktop version or the mobile version. This helps with fields Trainers as they are not always at their desk, so having this access makes using the application very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
We had been searching for a long time for a solution to replace a home grown scheduling tool. Skedulo provided the right solution that was Salesforce native. Their sales and technical team have been outstanding to work and have helped us create a thorough and well thought out solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, our implementation is still in the development phase but we haven't seen anything that we need it to do that it can't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool that would help us schedule internal resources in a dynamic way with real time calendar views. We accomplished this with Skedulo and an Outlook integration that keeps our users in Salesforce and helps us get better reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI , and ease of use and quick response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Small thing like it would be great if the web app remembers my last filter selections without having to save the filter
-Mobile app job status change can be a bit more intuitive
-Error reporting can be improved too. i.e: error codes e-123cdef do not make sense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the business is growing and we are covering more regions with different timezones and therefore we will be sending more agents to the sites Keeping up with the agents schedules and job status using spreadsheet was not possible anymore.
We wanted to have an app which we can incorporate into our Salesforce platform which is able to create and track jobs where the field agents can submit their times and completion statuses via an app which get updated automatically in Salesforce.
Skedulo made this possible for us and we are phasing out the spreadsheets region by region.
Another cool feature on the app is location racking of the field agents when they are en route to the site. With location services being enabled , we can see exactly where each resource is at any point of time.
The UI also on both the web app and the mobile app is very nice.
Also they provide you with useful dashboards which you can plug in to your Salesforce to get different insights on your jobs.
