Customer Satisfaction driven business delivering quality solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The Skedulo Team doesn't believe in cramming a square peg in a round hole. With a flexible solution, they fit our unique business model.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, our working relationship with Skedulo and the product fit our needs in a very comprehensive and efficient way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially partnered to solve some heartburn with scheduling and dispatching resources. Our company has also seen increased efficiency, improved proactive in place of reactive behavior, earlier release of dispatch, and labor hour reduction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Both Skedulo's out of the box and custom solutions are very user friendly and competitively engineered.

Smart scheduling, It's a thing.
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is more than just maximizing the efficiency of your workforce it's also being able to manage real time the changes and requirements that service based work entails. Skedulo, allows for both the management of established and new scheduling while combining predicative analytics to inform options to ensure clients needs are met and employees are utilized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see more options for resource management and forecasting and then also the ability to assign by particulars locations and/or regions - or a blended combination of both
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, navigation and ensuring efficient use of staffing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Collaborative organization, great rapport, ability to customize solution for the needs of the client with scalable solutions and at a price point that is worth the investment. We liked its ability to integrate with our EMR and CRM solution - SalesForce
Great Scheduling Product - Customizable at a Cost
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is used in tandem with another product and was brought on for a specific use case. It has worked well for scheduling resources and was relatively easy to implement. It is also highly customizeable but comes at a steep cost each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contracting was a little difficult as we had to define the number of user licenses in the future when it was an unknown service at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling for a new sales model in the field that was not possible previously.

Offline capabilities are great. Taking pictures of the installations and taking for time management.

Skedulo provides dedicated PM and team as well as hyper support (direct developer access) during post go-live

variations in build quality, as defects are fixed, sometimes new ones creep in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is our Field Service Application for our Phlebotomy and concierge at home health services. It manages the schedules internally and provides external access to customer on demand scheduling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Licensing starts at purchase, make the most of pre-development engagement time to reduce the wasted time of not being able to use the platform as it is being configured.
New Skedulo Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they treat customers in a more personal manner, not just a "sale"
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any implementation there are always bumps in the rd, so I cant say this is necessarily a dislike but it is always best to understand your business before engaging with a vendor like this.

digitizing our mobile workforce. Going paperless

Great alternative to dealing with Salesforce Directly
Filled in many of the gaps we had with other skeduling

The Skedulo team pitched it as a more custom UI and ability to solve for our new sales model - and they delivered on the custom features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still dependent on some legacy WFM technology. Also, the custom built use-case means it is a little more costly and timely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-click scheduling for new sales model. Previous sales model uses a competitive solution to Skedulo that was not feature-rich to solve the new problem.
Delivering Field Service
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile App, and integration with Salesforce, ability to structure our data that best suites the delivery of our services and to manage our account and order relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar view on web app is improving still some more work to do. Road Map looks great in this area.

Great support and team. Very accommodating and great to work with.

The UI is very intuitive. Customer Service is great and the team is very knowledgeable.

Mobile app breaks down sometimes. But, everything else is great so far.

Workforce Management, Scheduling jobs is easier then before.
