Skedulo is perfect for manaing resources scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
Great integration with Salesforce, easy to use and yet powerful product, expertise of the developer team to create solution that fits business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
After implementation we experienced bugs in the platform, but the developer team was quick to fix them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Skedulo to solve the problem of allocating resources based on their real-time availability. Since implementing Skedulo we were able to scale operations, and achieve greater visiblity of resource utilisation. And the platform is user friendly and easy to use, even for non techical users. We appreciate comprehensive Salesforce integration and ability to create custom solution on top of their platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Best is their Employees. They are very supportive and knowledgable. Code Customizations per our company requirement is done in a limited amount of time. The support model is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally fee Job bar in the swimlane should be a little bit bigger. But this is just a cosmetic look and fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling made easier for our schedulers.

Transparency and real time reporting

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to get everything done and have the tool to see everything real time at the office and in the field. Our crews can create reports which are shared with our client to keep everyone informed of the status of the jobs
What do you dislike about the product?
The view for multiple sites each day. It’s hard to see things clearly
We would like to have a different view of scheduled jobs

Real time job completion notes and reports
Having this tool allows us to keep our clients informed real time

What do you like best about the product?
Work great with Selsforce. It is easy to be used by our crew members. I personally like option for recurring jobs

view still need some love. you cannot pause job, mobile user can accidentally delete notes..

it is scheduling app. Benefits of scheduling and linked to SF

Good tool with lots of potential

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility with being able to update and setup logic from salesforce that affects the Skedulo Web App. It Also has been nice to be able to add custom fields and forms to the Moblie UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding was a bit challenging and we are not a typical use case so we had to build a lot of custom logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to have an auto booking and job creation from our website. As well, we are able to book and mobilize our Maintenance teams. The benefits for us have come in the analytics that we can use to see trends in our showings and Jobs. As well, the ability to not have to manually book jobs has been great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vet out your use case and how you plan to structure everything before building.

What do you like best about the product?
Although we have not yet gone live I am very happy with rostering, forms and everything else thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us is the costing. Being a small service it's alot of money to outlay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will benefit by spending less time on paperwork

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to remotely manage schedules for dozens of resources id amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
As an organization, we're not very fond of the updated app as it has limited our ability to perform the same functions efficiently. We've shared the feedback with the Skedulo team and hope to find a fix, soon.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how I can set my own availibility- its what makes this app very helpgul.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could have access to a more detailed template for my available days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a few jobs so it takes a lot to stay on task. Skedulo helps with that.

I would say that video chat or sending photots would be helpful
