What do you like best about the product?
The jobs console provides users the ability to manage effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better integration with Google maps/directions API. Bundle solution so customers do not need to acquire their own licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of dispatching and work order management. Better data collection by field staff.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been customers for over a year and have had a great relationship with the team at Skedulo! During the build, roll out and now maintenance and support we have no issues getting the responses we need and in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I loved working with everyone there, we had some time zone issues with us being in EST.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling our field team and reporting in Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which the system allows me to find a resource for a job. By location, time, date, and skill of resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
The locked down function, but that could be my companies rules.

Quickly finding a resource for a customer's job requirements. TIme optimization!!!

Great Scheduling Product

What do you like best about the product?
Easily able to schedule multiple staff and notify them of their daily appointments.

Having only introduced mobile devices, the mobile app, Skedulo X will allow staff to see and have updates to their appointments on the go, rather than trying to call them to advise them of changes to their Schedule.

Having further rolled out to staff, using the app as the single point of contact has proved valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to someimtes be connection issues which leads to entries being duplicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Skedulo in a health setting. it has helped us move scheudling to a central role, rather than have individuals try and manage their own schedule with various different people
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IF you have to schedule multiple staff, notify staff of shifts at short notice (eg. such as a rostered staff member calls with a last minute sick day) the ease of offering shift/job offers makes this a powerful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The team presenting Skedulo to us listened to and investigated our requirements and delivered a proposed solution that is quite impressive
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in the process, Skedulo's solution looks like it covers all the bases. The only potential issue, yet to be resolved, is their limitation on being able to schedule across US Time Zones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're attempting to schedule staff to multiple daily events across a nationwide system, some of which occur on a routine basis, but most of which are unique.

Sometimes there is too much and I'm not sure where to look to find what i neeed

I am a education business. It is great for keeping track of who I have in he field

I would definitely look at making the information more streamlined from sales force that is what i would do for sure

What do you dislike about the product?
N/A There is a 40 character limit so I must fill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a scheduling system for our company as our old one was not quite the right fit. Skedulo has been knocking it out of the park.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're thinking about it, do it! It's been worth it to our company and we are a company that wouldn't normally use Skedulo. But it worked so well!

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone in Skedulo that I have met, spoken/emailed with are extremely helpful and responsive. Great Team! Great for monitoring jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Skedulo is not really made for the aged care sector. There are too many steps/clicks to get things done. Some useful features in original version are no longer in the new. Some features are not working properly. Skedulo team knows about all my concerns as they are pending issues/jobs in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling of care workers to home care clients, monitoring these jobs.
We now can see if a care worker is in their job or not or if on the way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to batch dispatch jobs and set them up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand that the point of skedx is to have once central point from which jobs are dispatched however, due to the nature of our workplace (resources organise their appointments with our clients and the clients often change appointments etc) sometimes it would be easier for our resources manage their own schedules. It seems that our usage of it is sort of backwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not to much business problems being solved - but it's nice that it links in with salesforce
