Skedulo review
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can see all jobs for the day on one page and organize them and move them to where you need to be so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches. For example, when moving jobs by dragging them, it glitches. by that it means it will move the job back to where it was for like 2 seconds and then move it back to where I had moved it. its very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization - helps with knowing when schedule is full and with the routes for the techs.

what i like the most is the fact that skedulo make it so much simple for routing

i wish we can select more accurate arrival time frames or for customer to be able to see the installers live location

The fact that it texts customers and keep them informed without calling the customer

I dislike when we have to make drastic changes and the customer get's a text for every change in the system

Is solving the communication aspect of the business, and sending constant alerts to customers to keep them informed

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is a user friendly app. It have many fundctions that have been proven to work in the scheduling industry. I like the ability to see where my measure tech and installer are located in real time. the view to all techs on one page is amazing. It is helpful to to dispatch measures, installs, and service calls from one page. It also give the ability to view muiltiple locations. You have the ability to assign more to an invidual through this app. It's also great to have the ability to block someone off, or assgin a job with a note with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things i things I dislike about Skedulo. Skedulo lack the function that allow you to lock the screen once you have dispatched the jobs you have arranged prior to optimizing starts.
More times than not, it takes too many attempts to grab a job to move it to another tech or time frame. Once you grab it, sometimes it will not release to the location you are moving it to.
It would be helpful have the ability to cancel more than one job at a time, instead of removing one job at a time which is time consuming. This will help keep the flow of of Skedulo by not having unneccessary jobs clogging pending allocation bucket.

Skedulo was designed to give real time access to where our drivers are in proximity to the jobsite. This gives customer service the ability to provide customers with more exact arrival times, so that the customer is not sitting at a jobs site too long.

Easy to manuver around and use. Like how it's scheduling process works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just wish this system would let you schedule a job and not have to go back after optimizer runs to see if it stayed.

Helps outline jobs to set in areas that are closer together.
Flexible options with limited capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
The maps visual is by far the most helpful thing from the tool for our business. It allows us to visualize routes before dispatching and grants us the ability to see where our resources are throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the service industry, with contractors as our resources, we need extreme flexibility to limit work to certain individuals, restrict routing in areas on specific days or weeks, and account for volume in ways beyond time. The system currently does not allow for those options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplies the scheduling process for schedulers who are not familiar with maps. Plus the resource app is easy to use and allows for quick picture capturing of job sites.
Flexibility to suit multiple scheduling requirements, company is responsive and listens to customers
What do you like best about the product?
Fits multiple scheduling scenarios and integrates with Lumary well. Skedulo is receptive to customer feedback and will support custom development if/where necessary. Product release cycle is fast and we've seen fixes for bugs we've experienced appear quickly in following releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes changes catch us by surprise, requiring quick (small) adjustments to our internal user guides. The security model and/or the Salesforce platform sometimes limits us in applying the configurations we would prefer for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer appointments and billing - works well for face to face sessions for our staff working with customers, either in the community or at our offices, and supports automatic billing integration with Lumary.
Staff scheduling - where billing is not linked, but we need to schedule shifts for care staff across multiple locations. The mobile app is used for staff to view their roster.

What do you like best about the product?
Eeasy GUI and customer support is fast and helpful when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all systems, there are limitiations on customizing and scaling as you grow but they will work with you as much as possible to make the platform work best for your needs.

Allows us to schedule our caregiver's client visits
New to Skedulo- easy to learn!
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo I feel like is very user friendly. Coming into my current position knowing nothing about it, I was anticipating taking a while to get used to using the software. BUT! Skedulo (in my opinion) is very user friendly and easy to get around. It makes tracking my appointments very easy and it also allows me to customize everyone's schedule individually, which I like a lot. Customer support is also very helpful and gets back to your concerns very quickly! Since I use this every day, it's important to me that I am able to get results and feedback quickly from customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I can think of that I dislike about Skedulo is there have been a couple of times that I go to open a photo that was uploaded and it was very zoomed in so I couldn't see the entire photo. However, customer support quickly helped me resolve that problem and we were good to go!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo helps manage appointments across all of our phlebotomists in the United States. It makes it very easy to switch back and forth to Salesforce, which is another program that I use daily. It's very cohesive moving between the two!
