Good product for monitoring, not great for field usage
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is a good tool to see what employees are scheduled to do at a quick glance. As someone who only needs to use it in a limited manner, it is easy to navigate. It is useful for monitoring in an office setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our employees who use it in the field find it frustrating and very limiting. It is not a program that provides all of the information they need. Office employees find Skedulo does not communicate as well with other programs it is claimed to be compatible with. Finally, technical support is also something to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is supposed to be providing a paperless option for scheduling field technicians. It is useful to quickly find the current or future location of an employee out in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can customize the skedulo booking grid specific to the client's requirements. It is also ver easy to use, and integrate it with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to follow additional steps to set up the sandbox connection with skedulo. Sometimes, automation doesn't work as expected when we set up the connection with the sandbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a professional development that is responsible for fulfillment of our products. Skedulo is used by the Professional Development team to achieve the same.
Good program with good features
What do you like best about the product?
Visually great, easy to see snap shots of information needed

Some processes require too many actions and steps to achieve desired outcome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see and chage and move meetings around easily. Easily able to gather relevant account information when required
Promising single platform for multiple schedulers
What do you like best about the product?
Having a unified place for schedulers to work from and store order-related information is helpful. Some useful tools around managing weekly schedules including non-order-related activities. Salesforce integration with orders is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of the map falls short of expectations and often involves what seems to be a lot of shuffling between menus, harming scheduling efficiency. The design that works by timezone is not great where we have techs that are not bound by timezone but live close to a timezone boundary. Lacks ability to see what is already scheduled and do "what if" scenario, e.g. what if another order came up, where is it in relation to other orders / scheduled routes to help drop in late additions to the schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple schedulers, multiple technicians, multiple weekly orders managed from a single platform.
Skedulo for dispatching
What do you like best about the product?
This software integrates fairly easily between our Salesforce platform and our app for our technicians. Changes we make in Skedulo are very quick to update.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would still like the ability to add our technicians as a starting/ending point in a route with the jobs without the need to assign a date and time first before we see the time duration between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old dispatching software was severely outdated. Skedulo is providing a replacement for that old software. We have a better way to block off time for events other than actual jobs in a schedule. Before, we had to make a note and hope that it was viewed by our techs.
Scheduling Into The Future
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo has new abilities for tracking information than our old system.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the platform is too rigid for adding items that our old system used that were really helpful

Mapping issues. Filters. Applying new items that have been recently released
If they are in a trade looking for a software, this would be a great system to organize jobs

Upside, the mobile application is easy to use, easy to understand. Staff can learn the mobile functions easily. The paperclip option is fantastic where additional information for the job can be attached for workers to obtain specific details.
We implemented the software into a new region, and the emoloyees love they can see their schedule in real time.
The website takes more adaptation and training but once learned it is great software to organize workers schedule.
Customer support from Patty Frohme has been great! She promplty responds back to my email inquiries, offers suggestions and looks for resolutions. I am so thankful for her assistance.

What do you dislike about the product?
If jobs can be searched using client name instead of job#. There are reoccuring jobs for the same customer, if there is a process to easily identified how many service visits were provided to a customer, to review previous notes from a job. This would maintain communication between coworkers who is aiding with the client.
When a client visit is completed, but then worker wishes to add more information to the visit and is now unable to do so. It would be nice to have a window of 30 minutes or 24 hours to make changes, add notes, to ensure all data is inputted. Some days are more rushed than others and pertinent information relating to the job may come to mind shortly after documentation is completed depending the environment the worker is in completing.

Improve communication, time management and proficiency in services by standardizing staff scheduling across the province of Ontario and hopefully in the near future we implement it to services nationally. Previously schedules were created on different excel spread sheets completed in siloed environments. This software almalgamates the information and alows the team and clients to support one another remotely by storing the information in one place.
Clear, Concise and Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo truly simplifies the process of scheduling, monitoring, and scale our services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not particularly like that you can not schedule out more than a set number of days but we are finding ways to work with this constraint

Scheduling a large number of jobs at one time.
Pros and Cons of Skedulo
What do you like best about the product?
I like that schedules are all in one place and that they can be synched with my Google calendar. I also like that it is easy for the user to block off unavailable days so that you are not double booked. The tool for marking days complete is simple but if there was a reminder notification to mark when you start a job that would be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the notifications for new jobs would be in chronological date order. The randomness is difficult. I also wonder if there is a way to approve jobs for the entire year. Having jobs sitting in notifications and not populating on your calendar makes it easy to miss something which could be catastrophic for business. I also wonder if there is a way to improve the app view to make it easier to see the weekly/monthly calendar on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is used to notify the employees when they need to be on-site at different locations. At this point, I am still relying heavily on the Google calendar and other tools to manage my projects.
