What do you like best about the product?
I think the tool overall works well for the operation of our organization. Many features that makes my day-day job easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestion would be to have the ability to reverse a job back to the ready or dispatch status if it was changed in the field to check in/on-site or in progress.

Simple to use and understand

What do you like best about the product?
I think Skedulo is very user-friendly. It is easy to explain and straightforward. It also has visual aids that are helpful when looking for distances or availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things would be helpful - having more time zones within the same regions for people would make a huge difference in our scheduling as some people get confused. Another thing I am not a fan of is not having many filters available. It'd be helpful if I could pull two to three people out of the swimlane view rather than have to look at all of my resources for a region or one at a time.

There are limitations in the system that are addressed in future patches.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the look and that the info is clear. Availability features work great for our purposes. It integrates really great with Salesforce also!
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin and user views are different which is hard when trying to support my team. There are also occasional navigation glitches where my employees are sent to completely wrong locations which is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it has helped us streamline communication with our contractors and track their progress with their jobs. It make scheduling much easier with the availability features as well.

Skedulo is very easy to use, and I love that it shows phlebotomist availabilities.

I do not have anything I dislike about Skedulo

Skedulo helps me find the closest phlebotomist for our patients and their availability.

What do you like best about the product?
The price is outstanding, much better than competitors, especially when considering the native integrations with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic support is free, enhanced support comes with a fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to manage our field resources and task allocations.

Ability to navigate through app and manage scheduling at a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything will update later.

It helps with staff management at various locations and centrally manages their availability and schedules remotely.

Ability to see entire calender.
Ability to use different filters to narrow down views.
Easy to use for scheduling side of things; able to see availabilties etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to update on the App; won't recognise some cancellations until to restart app.
Restrictions with the ability to add tentative style sessions to see peoples availabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling side of software; ability to see differ rooms and employees with the filters.
Visually organising rooms, cars, therapist etc to assist with new scheduling and availabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is great for taking keeping clinical notes and ensuring notes are completed, it helps keep my notes succinct as you cant end a therapy session with out completing a note
What do you dislike about the product?
In the clinic space, we can't see out therapy room allocations, which make it extremely hard to know what our room flow will look like on each day, we often have to spend extra time finding out what "location" every therapist is in, and more time is spent trying to find spare rooms which could be used on other clinical work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the efficiency problem with note taking, a lot of our staff members were overlaoded eith overdue notes, but skedulo not allowing a job to be ended without completion notes being added mean most notes are being completed within the session.
