Skedulo Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to see when jobs are active or complete with colour coding for activities. Notes are attached to clients which makes following up on a session easy. Similar to competitors like Cliniko
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple timetables and tabs make things hard to find and at times, accessing client information can be slow. Having timetables and client information in the same place would make it easier to follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main program for client information, scheduling, progress notes and files. This helps me access client information and monitor progress as well as schedule clients for the week and track billiables

What do you like best about the product?
It is consistent and reliable, makes it easy to see what you have on your schedule in the coming weeks and months
What do you dislike about the product?
That it cant be used on the laptop and therefore have to write notes on the ipad.

It is benefitting the company by having everything in a orderly way

What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful that it makes billing easier for my company
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the app is quite slow and takes a decent amount of time to update to the day/computer note and that my jobs cannot be my client names
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assisting with getting notes done quicker
Using Skeulo as a scheduling system for an allied health practice
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with Lumary to be able to automate billing and the reporting systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to customise specific areas and apply exceptions to specific customers/billing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, which frees up more time to work on other projects
Skedulo has been great at making me stay on top of my admin

I like that the completion note comes up straight away so I can always be accountable and on top of my admin work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a long time to update from the webpage to the iPad which can make it difficult to know about last-minute cancels

It is solving the issue of me being behind in notes. I have been able to complete all my notes and stay up to date since starting with skedulo

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy this app is to use. It is very simple to navigate and works well in a fast-paced environment. I also like how it tracks kilometres for you which takes time away from another admin task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to save a note in progress and could return to it. I dont like how if you back out of the note it deletes everything. I also wish the app had a section where you could allocate rooms to participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve challenges with fluidity of administration tasks when working in a fast-paced environment. It helps me keep on top of my workload straight away as it says when I am still in progress.
The app is easy to navigate and use. Skedulo has helped speed up my workplace admin tasks!

The agenda section is visually laid out nicely and practically

Notifications can be temperamental, not always receiving them

Helping note writing to be a smooth, quick process
Useful but slow
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to understand; limited errors; allows me to schedule therapists at my workplace and automatically send out text messages to the parents of the incoming children

Slow; it takes a long time to load; does not always display the correct assets when assigning; strange that you need separate apps for the same thing; easy to make mistakes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure Service Agreements are always up-to-date; automatically sends out text reminders; displays the therapists and the rooms that they will be occupying throughout the day

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo were able to implement the product for our business quickly and effectively. They listened to our business needs exactly and were very easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Skedulo is an easy to use platform and app. There has been no challenges in implementing with our team. We all love it!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is solving many of our scheduling needs. We are able to schedules many rooms in our clinic efficiently. We are able to offer shifts to our community workers and they can accept and decline shifts with ease.
