What do you like best about the product?
Distance estimation between the clients
Simple layout, and simple to use on the phone
Able to see colleagues schedule on the web version and able to add other people onto the job effortlessly

What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to create any job on the app itself, have to be done through the website
If you have clients that you go to semi-regularly, it can be time-consuming to create the jobs
Unable to estimate the distance between the clients unless you are on the day
Sometimes the app does not sync properly resulting in data lost

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to monitor the progress and location of the employees, and by having shared schedules, you can see if the other person is busy or not
It is benefit as it also integrated google map and Waze hence don't need to type in the address manually every time for navigation

Helps keep me on track for the day
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to update my notes on the job and helps me keep track of where I need to go
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to keep it running in the background can sometimes overheat my phone

Allows my colleagues to know where I am as it is challenging being on the road
It is very easy to use, and the reminders help tremendously when driving for work to job to job.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best is the ease of use and that everything is exact and accurate. When I check in and check out and how is it paired with maps.

Most of it is easy to use. I feel the part that may need more work is allocating jobs. It can be done on an app which would make it easier.

It is helping with my client base and being able to see clients more efficiently.
Intuitive and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is user-friendly, clear and straightforward. I love that I can access client and resource information easily via multiple tabs. Changes are easy to make, and the system intuitively speeds up my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Skedulo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Skedulo app for resources has been life-changing. The response and uptake of offers from resources have made filling vacant jobs much faster. Our business performance has increased.
It's a sound product which integrates well in the salesforce platform

It's useful for tracking events and other company information.

The design could be a bit more colourful and inviting.

It centralises many of our business tasks and information which makes some jobs a lot more efficient.
Easy to administrate
What do you like best about the product?
I work in a business that has historically kept records in paper forms, the ability to keep customer records in one central location saves a lot of time and hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn in Skedulo. People naturally take time to get up to speed learning a brand new system, but the training we have had has been a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We'll never be able to go entirely paperless, but Skedulo is helping us strive toward it. This drives down printing cost.

Great UI, solid onboarding. A system we can trust to coordinate our engineering teams.
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the user interface - clean and easy to use for both the planning teams and field engineers. The onboarding process was great with a lot of training and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app while beautiful, suffers from the occasional out-of-the-blue error message, which makes me think that there may be a bit more QA / error testing required on the front end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supporting the scheduling of our engineering teams across the country and soon forming the basis of our installation booking tool for customers to self-select an install date.
While we have had challenges skedulo step up to address them when ever needed

Resourcing. Skedulo do have resourcing issues when getting issues resolved in a timely manner.

Digitalisation of data. Ensuring we have clinical forms in our system to improve the rishness of data in the organisation.

Skedulo is simple to use while providing a powerful suite of tools. In addition, Skedulo's implementation team does an outstanding job!

They should provide training material that covers examples of how to custmize, i.e., create a scenario to show how it could be used in various implementations
