mobile friendly, the interface is straightforward to navigate. I can complete notes where ever i go.
What do you dislike about the product?
the connection between google maps and the app is not very accurate; it always sends the wrong address, 1 house before my designated destination. After market head units will interfere with my destination, such as being enroute and checking in and in progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is straightforward to access, the interface of the product is to navigate, it continues to be active when the app is closed.

the training sessions need to be reviewed.
i have used Salesforce in 2 different companies now and the training really lacks substance and leaves the people who have attended the training wondering what is going to happen.
a lot of back and forth clicking and fast paced which is hard to follow.

the ease of one system and log in vs multiple systems and log ins

How easy it is to use, very easy to work out without the need of a lot of training

Sometimes it can be a little bit slow, but overall not a huge deal. The attachment file size can sometimes be challenging to keep down

No issues at this current time. If there are ever any issues, the product team are great to deal with and efficient in resolving matters

Inability to send multiple jobs out as a job offer for team members to accept all of the sessions dispatched. Having to work between the Skedulo web app and Skedulo in salesforce.
