What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very clean and easy to use. Incredibly customizable and API friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to build a map interface on our own. They should include that as a native feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is allowing me to better manage my field resources in multiple states. The mobile app allows for clear, streamlined communication between dispatchers and field staff

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality within the platform such as surveys and text communications. I do also like the navigation of the system and ease to change and add required fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the analytics side of skedulo. It can be quite clunky and fiddly - previously I used sisense within skedulo which was great but our other data platform looker doesnt sync up as well as i'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo enables us to collect information from engineers whilst they are on site. Skedulo also is a easy system to train to staff on scheduling appointments for our customers.

Some Great Features - But trying to be a "Jack of all trades."

What do you like best about the product?
Being a salesforce-based platform, you can leverage the power of Salesforce for your operation. The app is simple, clean, and user-friendly. They do listen to user feedback, and whilst they can't always act upon it, there are genuine attempts to understand where the customer's feedback is stemming from.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some advanced features, but then it's missing some basic requirements such as being able to accurately calculate an employee's working hours in a roster period ( including any paid leave and not including breaks). Also missing is the ability to set up an alert monitor to flag basic roster rules such as overlapping shifts, dual allocations, and nonqualified staff on a job. They allow integrations with an award interpreter but then the results from the award interpreter aren't accessible inside Salesforce. This means we are still handling compliance functions from an Excel doc vs using the rostering system for live information. It would be great if they mastered the rostering requirements, meeting the basic requirements that any organization would need vs trying to customize their package to meet all the nuances each sector has. This tends to lead to a system that is a "Jack of all trades, but master of none".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily communicate roster information to a remote workforce.
Reduce manual paper processes including actioning timesheets, collecting availability information and sending PDF rosters.

Very easy to send out job offers, very convenient for support workers to choose when and where they want to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be time-consuming to figure out all the bells and whistles.

What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly Interface: The app's interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for both administrators and field workers to navigate and utilize its features. The clean design and well-organized layout contribute to a seamless user experience, ensuring that you can quickly access the information you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor Learning Curve: While the app is generally user-friendly, there is a slight learning curve involved.

Customisations can be a little tricky and recommend that you stick with out-of-the-box functionality wherever possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rostering: create and manage shifts, assign tasks, and optimize resources based on factors like employee availability, skill sets, and location. Helping with scheduling conflicts and improving time to fill rosters.

Leave Management:leave management capabilities, enabling employees to request time off and managers to track and approve leave requests. The app provides a centralized platform for managing leave.

NDIS Client Support: NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) client support. The app facilitates effective coordination between support workers and NDIS clients by providing detailed job information, client profiles, and task-specific instructions.

Handover Notes:sharing handover notes between employees. Through the app, workers can access detailed notes and instructions regarding ongoing tasks to support transition between shifts

Tracking Goals: track and manage client goals effectively.

Support Delivery: communication and collaboration between dispatchers, administrators, and field workers. The app's messaging and notification features allow for immediate updates

Time & Attendance: time and attendance management features that simplify tracking and ensure accurate records. The app allows employees to clock in and out directly from their mobile devices
