Jitterbit helped us get the most out of Salesforce

  • October 26, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Last year our company decided we needed to start integrating data we had in SQL, Access, and other databases into our Salesforce org. Our goal was to have nearly all of our data from invoicing to maintenance jobs all accessible in Salesforce for our users. We've managed to provide so much more to our users and limit the need for employees to switch between different programs and software immensely thanks to Jitterbit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little challenging at first to learn everything needed to perform what we wanted. We did require outside assistance for a couple of major projects, but once we learned the fundamentals creating simple transformations between databases is simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to store almost all of our digital data in one place for our employees to access (Salesforce).

Jitterbit - NetSuite <> Salesforce Integration

  • October 23, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Working with their Implementation team - from the Project Manager, Senior Integration Architect, PSM, and post-implementation technical and standard support. It was a collaborative partnership.

The Harmony UI is intuitive and easy to use, plenty of functionality, and methods of error notification and management.

Their training courses, knowledge resources, and vast library of documentation/guides and articles are very helpful.

I highly recommend Jitterbit as an integration partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downsides to speak of at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operational inefficiency. The integration helped resolve that by creating an API between Netsuite and Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Jitterbit as an integration partner because of their on-boarding team, customer support, and Harmony platform.

Great Integration Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit allowed us to quickly do a project, integrating our home grown membership system to Salesforce. Without Jitterbit this would have been a massive, mostly manual process, taking months. We were able to populate Salesforce with useful data in weeks instead. We like it so much we are looking to expand connections to some of our other legacy applications. Customer support has been excellent, always there to help us get past any difficulties we encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we have been very happy with this product and the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast integration between in-house legacy applications and Salesforce.

High volume data loading and two-way integration with Salesforce

  • September 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for data loading and cost-effective integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Jitterbit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit Studio Data Loader enabled us to load four year's worth of historical data, amounting to around 600,000 records, from a bespoke legacy system into our new Salesforce CRM, pipeline ad booking and invoicing system. The final data migration took place over a long weekend and would have been unthinkable without the help of Jitterbit. The real benefit here was that we were able to do the migration in-house at very little cost. The alternative would have involved using an external consultancy for a project in excess of 100 days - a saving of at least £100,000.

We've also been able to integrate Salesforce, extremely cost-effectively, with an e-invoicing system used by one of our largest clients and with our on-premise Skype telephony data, which enables us to provide a real-time dashboard of activity to one of our direct sales teams. The alternative, again, would have been to have out-sourced this to an external organisation plus on-going support and maintenance costs far in excess of the cost of Jitterbit.

Support has been first class - on the few occasions we've needed help, the team were prompt in responding, extremely helpful and always had an answer to our questions.

Our next challenge is to see how we can get even more out of Jitterbit as I believe we've only touched the surface so far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Harmony Data Loader for data migration and ad-hoc data manipulation.
Use Harmony Design Studio for integration projects.
Familiarise yourself with its capabilities before looking elsewhere for solutions.

Jitterbit works well for our automation of our Data Loads.

  • September 22, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and the learning curve was reasonable. It works consistently and is easy to change environments for testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime moving things on the Operations Tab the re-save every time you move something like the attached email. Seems like overkill. They do a great job keeping the software up to date but it seems like their are new updates every week. Wouldn't mind a little slower pace with updates, but I am glad they are continuously improving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of many data loads that would have been manual. It has saved time and money and allowed us to get more done. Continuous data clean, process automation and quick piviot data movements. I moves large quantities of data very quickly and threading is awesome for some of the tables and integrations that require large inserts at low through put.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your doing a lot of Manual Data Loads get Jitterbit is a great automation tool. It allows you use a schedule jobs which is fantastic, much nicer than Apex data loader from Salesforce. I great for working with data clean up, error message are informative and make sense. It's also very stable up time is in the 99's.

Tremendous automation tool

  • September 19, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and it has automated hundreds (if not thousands) of man hours of data loads
What do you dislike about the product?
While not big deal, we track documentation of our jobs separately in a spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of a good number of daily and weekly data loads and cleanup jobs. These are able to handle a great deal of logic complexity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an automation tool for Salesforce data loads, I highly recommend this

Jitterbit/Harmony has Saved Our Staff over 6000 Man Hours in the First Year

  • September 19, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit/Harmony's ability to assimilate our data and provide consistent support of automation for repeatable processes.

We have been able to automate our most time consuming order processes, implement inventory updates and consistent data clean-up processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we only have words of gratitude. Jitterbit has served our teams well and we will continue to expand it's usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit has enhanced the capabilities of our Marketing appeals. Where previously it could take 160 hours of manual data entry to accomplish a specific campaign, we have now automated that work for our staff. For our FY20, our staff were saved over 6000 hours, which in turn saved our company over $500,000 in FTE. This time savings allows our Marketing staff to shift from spending tireless hours in data entry to continue building revenue and engaging partners.

By adding the Jitterbit/Harmony automation, moral has received a boost with our staff. Our staff feel cared for as this change has lightened the load - and brought about consistencies.

We use Jitterbit to also update our inventory tracking system - Jitterbit is so versatile!!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to boost productivity, accuracy in data entry and team morale, you will find Jitterbit to provide your team with that benefit.

In addition, our time and availability for our customer has increased as we are spending less time in tedious, repeatable tasks that Jitterbit now takes care of for our teams.

Excellent iPaaS service and support

  • August 18, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding and support were excellent, happened to get in touch with 3 Jitterbit teams across the globe (US, EU, APAC) and their support was excellent.
The product itself does exactly what it should, you need to be tech savvy but then it really allows to build APIs connectors quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing in particular, my experience was very positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to integrate customer's HRIS system to our SaaS in a few weeks.

Strong functionality, and great team to work with.

  • July 27, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexible. We haven't yet hit a transformation or integration challenge we haven't been able to address with Jitterbit.
Since moving to Harmony we haven't looked back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quick test facility is limited if you can't expose data to the cloud. Testing will be much quicker when this is cracked!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit adds value to us in four areas.
1. One-time historic data uploads where data is customised. We use templated routines and tweak and apply to other scenarios. This helps us get transition customers to our tool and get deployments up and running quickly and accurately.
2. Classic integration via flat file (often our first port of call) and API. We have built a number of template routines which we can work from and customise to specific customer requirements. We run
3. Data transformation routines to enable customer specific processes not yet supported by our product, e.g. setting conditional attributes, and performing bespoke calculations.

Incredible product supported by a great team

  • July 19, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The endless features and platform capability that is intuitive. Jitterbit's platform dramatically simplifies the implementation of complex integration projects, reducing the initial time to deliver and making ongoing updates/maintenance far simpler than pure code-based integration solutions.

The customer support and professional service teams have been a pleasure to deal with when blocked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation can be a little hard to follow at times. Needs to include more practical examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the enterprise space, I am yet to come across an organisation that does not require some form of integration. The use of Jitterbit makes connecting important business systems that much more accessible to an array of IT professionals. This adds huge value to our customers business workflow.
