Smart Solution with mature structure
What do you like best about the product?
You have a community and a lot of material to understand and help you in the integration you want to build. The platform works fast and you usually do not have any problems with a slow system.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said is a mature platform, so there is many content you need to study before starting and there are so many functionalities, this could be a good thing but before you learn is kind of complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Jitterbit to my company have another iPaas solution and I am learning different forms to do the integrations I have already done some systems like SQL, Vtex, SAP, Magento and others.

Jitter bit gives us the granular details we need to be a competitive seller on Amazon

Jitterbit has been the partner we were looking for. The system has performed as it should. And when we need help, our partners at Jitterbit have been there to assist us quickly the few times it was required.
it is a good platform for moving data ETL
What do you like best about the product?
I like the built-in libraries that make it very easy to pull the data. So I can use it to figure out what data I need to pull.
What do you dislike about the product?
if i want to creat a write record like into a database. It is just terrible. It should be able to have an easier way of determining type and creating text, database, or xml records. If so I could reduse my effort on creating the write record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting data from SalesForce and sage to sync with each other. Also getting data from the Salesforce into the legacy system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
do not try to run your business logic inside etl functions.

Jitterbit has helped us leverage our data from NetSuite to create customized reports and KPIs.

I would like to view error messages in my details

We have been able to access and manage information more easily than ever before.
Overall friendly, but you can quickly get deep in the weeds
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit lets you do almost anything you can think of because of its complete scripting ability. The only limiting ability is your ability to do scripting within Javascript or JitterbitScript.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it less-code. Not even low-code, just less code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our ETL processes are now being run thru Jitterbit. The management console is especially great in showing what is running and what is errored out for what reasons.

What do you like best about the product?
the best part about Jitterbit is the drag and drop interface. the cloud elements are significantly improving too.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the things I dislike with Jitterbit are common in the ESB space and come down to our implementation. we have relatively complex use cases that cause issues such as merging data which it is not fantastic at, there is no merge UI and instead, you have to store all variables in one transform and then leverage the variables rather than drag and drop. I also don't love that it uses its own language rather than just leveraging an existing common language. it has been supporting javascript more recently however when I was using it, it wasn't fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of suitcase promotions and think something more akin to git would be beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we have solved with jitterbit are simple integrations between our primary systems such as sending account data to the billing/erp and sending provisioning information to our products
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful choosing an integration tool that promotes no-code development. Eventually, you'll have complex use cases and BAs will be building integrations outside their scope of expertise.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps in translation and data movement between various systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logs are not very good since they are kept for a certain period of time. Difficult in testing when making changes to existing projects.

Difficult to view logs. Not in tables and hard to search. Logs are only kept by default for a certain time.

We are automating a lot of reports, and doing data transformations which helps us to increase our Sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dynamic connection abilities. A more robust alternative to products like Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The robustness of Jitterbit also gives it a bit more of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on connecting our Accounting, Salesforce, and Production systems through Jitterbit.

I have been working on learning about what else I can do with Jitterbit and I'm finding that it may solve additional issues I hadn't known that it could.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm going through some of their programs to learn. I think they may need a couple for the users who are absolutely fresh to these types of programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jitterbit to pull down data from FTP files, load them into Salesforce, and in some occassions, pull them back out again with Salesforce having done the required calculations we needed.
