Jitterbit ETL Middleware for ERP Integration & further systems or database endpoints

  • July 07, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interaction of the graphical modeling and programming of the integration is very harmonious. A simplified Jitterbit own script language can be used here, or alternatively JavaScript.

Customer Success passionately supports partners and customers in achieving their goals.

Thank you for that
What do you dislike about the product?
Password reset only via the web interface and like every application it may hang and ask for a restart ^^
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ETL solution enabled us to reliably integrate the Salesforce platform in the context of a company fusion and the associated introduction of a new ERP system.

Jitterbit is also ideally suited for our future plans to integrate additional systems or database endpoints into the new system landscape.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very good price-performance ratio compared to similar solutions on the market

Makes my life easy

  • July 06, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We spent the time learning and setting up jitterbit in our salesforce instance and haven't had to revisit for anything. No issues, errors, etc. It's been running smoothly in the background without issues for the year we've had it set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is pretty spartan in nature, so that could be tough for some users but I do know they do have their new Cloud Studio which has a revamped UI which looks way easier to digest. We are currently working to transition to Cloud Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are pushing information from our back-end SQL database to Salesforce so our customer service team has all answers available to them in one place automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit allowed us to quickly integrate solutions,
We have made our 3PL, ecommerce and netsuite working together in days.
Support is very reactive and very professionnal (the response time is usually 1 hour)
The ability to create an REST interface in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop interface could be refreshed with newer technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jitterbit, due to our non centralized system, we used to have duplicated data, non updated informations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
do not hesitate to ask the support and the community

Neat and complete, low-code integration solution

  • June 21, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit university, tech talks and their success community, dramatically lower the barrier to entry. Low-code development reduces our time to design and build integration patterns, before we migrate through to testing and production environments. Beyond initial setup and deployment, we rely heavily upon the versatile cloud-based monitoring and error-handling capabilities. Jitterpaks have transformed and guided our integration development policy and roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to fault. Their team are always responsive to our use case and evolving requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting multiple sources of data from partner systems, Jitterbit has essentially provided a means of developing a common data model. Robust, fail-safe, integration patterns accelerate onboarding of new partners and squash errors that creep into the system overtime.

Connecting all part of our business

  • June 18, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Jitterbit is. We use it to connect our six stores that run on two different POS/inventory management systems that are very industry specific to our NetSuite ERP. Jitterbit helps out data flow seamlessly from our stores back to our headquarters for almost real time analysis. We are able to bring over line item detail from every transactions from each of our stores with the help of Jitterbit. Before Jitterbit, all of our sales information was entered through a journal entry, so instead of manual entries open to error, everything come over automatically.

I also really like how easy it is to use. The professional services team helped us set up our integrations, where I worked alongside them to learn how everything functioned. Now I am able to maintain and create new integrations whenever we decide we want to bring in more data to NetSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few, if any, dislikes. Jitterbit offers online training, has a pretty extensive resources available online, and I've never had an issue getting our rep or someone in pro services on a call to work through any questions/issues I've had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jitterbit, sales details were input into NetSuite via a journal entry for all six of our stores. Ideally, I would have liked to used NetSuite for everything, but our POS systems for our stores is very industry specific, so we opted to integrate everything via Jitterbit. So now, instead of doing a journal entry that shows total sales and payments for each store, each day, we have full invoices and their related payments coming across to NetSuite. The great thing about this, is when we open up two more stores later this year, all we have to do is add them to our database and Jitterbit should do the rest, no additional headcount required in our back office.

Jitterbit product review

  • June 10, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team has a quick response time. I generally get my issues solved in a week. Once we had a high priority issue where three of the jitterbit team members worked with us for four hours continuously. The development console is intuitive and can be trained easily. Jitterbit has custom integrations with various apps such as BOX and harmony.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking for an option to join data from multiple sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit is easy to implement to integrate native database to Salesforce. It has helped in automating process. Using scheduler and error logging features, we have reduced the manual monitoring and user errors.

The product is easy to get up and running. They provide a free version which is powerful enough to get started with most integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the product does exactly what it is advertised to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit allows me to keep Salesforce sync'd with Production systems. This allows for data integration without heavy lifting and users are happy that all data is available in Salesforce

Salesforce & GP Integration

  • May 31, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the integration tools within the solution and having used Data Cloud Loader (free Solution) for while we new the value on the paid solution would be there. I definitely recommend the Data Cloud Loader as great starting points and achieve lot with a awesome free solution, system basic functions and data transfer can be achieved.

We have then moved to the API and more complexed integration with Microsoft on premise GP platform hosing internal operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more hands on guides when on-boarded. Even though we have had the solution documentation and University to learn as method to speed the process of providing value a more detailed on-boarding would be beneficial for some .

However, if time is not such a pressing problem the university and documentation are done in great format and teams can certainly pick the the basic scenarios and experiment from there by trial and error in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the data transfer between a modern cloud only platform such as Salesforce and provided the necessary operational data to legacy on-premise system such as Microsoft Dynamics GP
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a robust and valuable solution if you have the requirements beyond Jitterbit Data Cloud Loader. it is recommend to try that out and see the solution in free mode which is certainly great calue for money and can deliver a lot for free solution.
Once paid the sky in the limit and empower the internal integrations to be done by click and at very fast rate in my experience.

Quickly implement reliable system integrations

  • May 25, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit allows you to efficiently implement system integrations between any parties, allowing you to focus more on the information you need to share between different systems rather than the underlying, low level issues that often occur in the process. Thanks to the great amount of talks and example integrations and implementations, the kickstart phase timing is greatly reduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first approach to the software might need some time to grasp the basic thought process that goes behind Jitterbit's logic. However, thanks to the vast amount of example packs, talks and an extensive documentation, information on how to proceed is easy enough to find, allowing you to keep progressing towards your integration scopes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System integrations between complex inventory and sales management software and business intelligence platforms are greatly simplified, allowing to focus on the business data that needs to be shared rather than on the complexities of the underlying applications.

Outstanding product with outstanding support

  • April 23, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The granular level of customization we can do, the reporting we can do, the huge amount of ETLs we ask of it, and the stability of the product. I can't think of one incident assigned to my team as a "jitterbit issue" that has actually turned out to be related to jitterbit- it always ends up being the integrated system. The jitterbit premier support team is top notch too. I have put (non-critical) support tickets in only to have them responded to in an hour or two. They will setup a webex and look into your issue, and unlike most support services out there, I've never heard them say "thats a (other platform) issue. go contact their support". They really invest in actually solving the issue. I have no interest in looking at other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly sat here for 5 minutes trying to think and I cant come up with anything. I dont know- make it free?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first we just built it to integrate financial systems with ops and some reporting systems. Now we are growing into a much more mature scalable setup with seperation of layers (service, application) and combining resources.
