Makes Integratrion a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
Error handling and overall integration is much better than what we had previously been using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jitterbit university setup for training could use some updates to format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced the time it takes to sync from Salesforce to Oracle and reduced the amound of errors.

Useful interface makes it easy for someone who knows what they're doing to get up and running quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only goes so far to solving the integration issue - ETL systems as they exist currently will always need someone who is familiar with the technical sides of both ends of the transaction be involved in the event changes or fixes need to be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two way transactions between Salesforce and various other vendors and content management systems. Benefits have been questionable since we never rolled anything out in production.

What do you like best about the product?
They have the tools we need to connect our sage system with our shopify store.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still waiting on implementation. Longer than quoted implementation time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unsure, we haven't finished the implementation process but they assure me they're working on it all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a firm time of implementation with them and be very specific about your wants and needs. They're great to work with though!
Amazing Company and Product
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit was been crucial to integrating several systems (Banner, Pardot, Warehouse, Salesforce) on our campus. Jitterbit is very stable. On the rare occasion, we needed support, their support staff is top-notch. Very quick to resolve any issues. They are great to work with when new integration comes up. Communication has been great with upcoming product updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. It solves a problem to a very common issue with Universities

Integration with Salesforce between Banner, Pardot, SQL 2019 warehouse

Vinyl makes our business easier
What do you like best about the product?
Vinyl makes app development easy. If we think of a problem to solve, we can envision Vinyl being able to solve it with an app. Vinyl is "low code", but it also allows the user to understand how it is working on the back end and simplifies a lot of the configuration needed to build apps. The UI layer is impressive and has many options to build a front end from simple form entries, to complex linked pages and reports.
The training modules are also very well done and make it easy to onboard new developers.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides yet. It's a very flexible product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the rigidity and complexity of our ERP system with a much simpler front end and business layer in Vinyl. For example, we can create an app in Vinyl that allows a user to submit and process a PO request in the ERP system. The benefit is that the app makes the end user's life much easier because the ERP system is so difficult to use to create a simple PO.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some training could be made public like its competitors. Training account should be provided free with sample features for hands on. Certification Information should be published on a public portal rather than the licensed login portal. This will help increase the reach of this software to providers and clients alike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Public availability of certification information article is not there which limit accreditation of in corporate sectors as they verify only publicly available information.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us quickly develop dashboard displays to analyze network configuration data. It helps us quickly build a web application to demonstrate concept and feasibility to customers and leaders. You can achieve this without having to code much.
What do you dislike about the product?
VINYL is a faily new platform, so there is not as much outside helps such as stackoverflow, but their knowledgebase and community forum occasionally make up for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to display a dashboard consisting of massive data set in a digestible manner. We can get the application in the hand of users quickly and gather further feedback to refine the product.
