Jitterbit is a success!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and support from Jitterbit team. The ability to connect with internal made programs and still hold onto the ease of use factor.
What do you dislike about the product?
More details provided by Jitterbit to help understand NetSuite data tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues with migrating data from our CRM system over to NetSuite. The benefits have been the time and money saved integrated these types of processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For most companies the ROI is going to be large!

Enabling our ability to transform
What do you like best about the product?
The relative ease of use has allowed our team to quickly learn and implement integrations from our core systems of record. We're regularly finding ways to solve problems and provide answers using Jitterbit. When we first started using Jitterbit, our team found it easy to use. However, when we ventured into our first complex project, we decided to utilized Jitterbit's professional services team to assist us. The experience was positive one. Since the very beginning, we've always been pleased with Jitterbit's training, support and professional services. Fortunately we came up to speed quickly and were able to move forward on our own. However, it's reassuring to know that Jitterbit's support team is ready and willing to help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Jitterbit. We found that there was a bit of a learning curve, especially since this was our first integration platform / iPaaS but it wasn't difficult and certainly not complex. We've found that someone with basic sql skills was easily able to become proficient with Jitterbit. Someone with no previous sql or other database experience may have a more difficult time with it. With relatively little time, we were already able to certify one of our employees on the Jitterbit platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating our systems of record with our systems of engagement has been the greatest benefit. We've been able to improve the productivity of teams that are the recipients of our newly integrated data. We're continuously able to provide new insights using data that was previously decentralized.
Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I had an issue with our API settings ad they were fixed within the same day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setting should have been caught during setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations to multiple systems, very easy to scale and use.
An indispensable tool for integrating Salesforce with our systems
What do you like best about the product?
The visual design mixed with ability to customize with scripts makes allows integration to be as detailed as you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an initial learning curve with both the GUI and the scripting language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary usage for Jitterbit is syncing and transforming data with different systems.

What do you like best about the product?
We have the studio but the dataloader has been sufficient enough until we transfer all of our integration files over. It allows for transformation and load of massive files with little to no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a little confused initially because changing a transformation or login that is linked to one load can affect another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to do massive data loads as part of integration with SAP. This allows us to dump and reload up to 4 million records daily to show updated sales information to our users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jitterbit is a really robust tool. Both the data loader and the studio versions.
Jitterbit - Cost Effective & Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
From a top-level management perspective, I have found Jitterbit to be a cost-effective and powerful tool. My team raves about the ease of use. In all of our complexity, we feel that Jitterbit is the right solution. As we continue to address efficiencies and have conversations around robust technology, we are looking forward to strengthening our partnership with Jitterbit!

I haven't found a downside to using Jitterbit.

We are using Jitterbit from last few year and it has been as great integration tool with robust technology .
Very easy to integrate and works great for Dataloads with integration with SFDC. Will highly recommend this tool.

Sometimes we are seeing that Jitterbit jobs are not picking up as per the schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to integrate between modern and legacy platforms/systems/apps by directly tapping into their data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jitterbit is a powerful tool however some of its powerful add-ons are less known. I wish some of its features were highlighted in the beginning of the purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to work with our customers in any way which suits them - API at their end, API at our end or batch mode via file exchange. In the past, support and documentation were not Jitterbit's strong points but in the last couple of years all my interactions with the company have gone extremely well - their investment in this area has really got results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The testing function does not fully support processing of very large data files, which is the mode that several of our legacy customers are still using. This does give rise to some additional work in the development and testing process while we work round this limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating complex processes to integrate data between customer systems and our own software and also using Jitterbit to create functionality which has not yet been incorporated into our core offering. This has allowed a more flexible approach to development and get processes out to market faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to consider the depth of scripting expertise that you might require of your Jitterbit developers. Jitterbit is focussed on the low-code developer, but some processes may require more of a 'traditional' coding approach.
