Jitterbit is cost effective and great tool for Data integration
What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Jitterbit is that you don't need to be a full-on developer to connect your systems, unless you want to do it yourself.If we have problems with the product or best practices or we need help implementing the Jitterbit support team is great at working.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some issues with a couple of the agent updates, but the spectacular support group was able to resolve them within hours

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, reach out to the Jitterbit team for your integration needs and I am sure they will be able to address what you are trying to do with minimum resources needed and less time to ramp up. You''ll immediately realize the savings it can bring and how easy it is to build and manage your integrations.

Perfect Integration Tool to work
What do you like best about the product?
data pushing, to scheduled integrations and real-time data syncs, to crazy scripted and formulated transformations, message queues, email notifications and reporting statistics,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in specific i dislike in jitterbit as it is improving on daily bases

we are trying to migrate from Dataloader to studio as it has vast options to explore on our integration

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and reduced days' work into hours. The user interface is friendly and makes complex tasks much easier to resolve

They could probably use better colours and improve the outlook of the local agent

JitterBit is a very cost effective middleware platform that is highly flexible to handle various ETL and API use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
JitterBit does not yet have a robust community of partners and users (they are working on one) so finding skilled talent that knows JitterBit best practices can be difficult at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support is far and above what I like most about working with Jitterbit. The account team is always willing to help regardless of the issue. The agility of the product also helps our company given our evolving strategy.

As a non-technical person, the tool seems daunting, but with the proper training and usage it is manageable

We were trying to connect CRM to our ERP platform to increase visibility and optimize reporting. With Jitterbit, we are able to connect our sales data with our financial data and provide better reporting across all levels of the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have an internal resource that has the time to complete the administrator training. We struggled with the tool until we had someone formally trained. Now that we have a trained administrator we have found the tool to be quite flexible as we implement additional operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Jitterbit has great documentation. I can almost always find some direction when I need help, just using Success Central.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jitterbit can be a bit more technical when you need to do some not-so-basic things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of integrating several third-party applications to our ERP. One quick gain is how easy it is to make small changes to those integrations, without having to go to a third-party developer.

Best thing to do, start with the Success starter track and then jump right into trying it out.
Jitterbit: Great tool for moving data from ERP to Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit is a very powerful tool that we use for moving data from our ERP system (Banner) to Salesforce. Jitterbit can do almost anything with experience. One of the best things is that Jitterbit support is willing to help with my questions and this accelerates the learning curve. Jitterbit is also willing to meet with us in person to make sure that we are getting the most value out our purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jitterbit is a bit expensive for their enterprise license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Another use for jitterbit is creating feeds to some of our vendors. Jitterbit can easily create CSV files from our ERP system that we use to move the data to the vendor.
We also create feeds using XML files. Jitterbit defiantly makes this easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has many excellent features. The user interface is amazing, since it eliminates the complexity of establishing connections with a wide variety of back-end platforms. I appreciate how easy it is to build integrations using the platform, which allows me to deliver projects more quickly and reliably. In addition, we use the JItterbit API gateway quite extensively to create our own API endpoints that allow us to integrate systems in real time.
It contains small errors in simple processes, which are notified as of the moment what happen. It is not something serious that affects your system in general in the software. But it's a bit annoying to work so.

Some of the error notifications could be improved, but I understand that this could be due to the way we use the tool. However, an update as a solution could avoid delays due to errors in simple processes.

Jitterbit plays a key role in the form of our internal data model. It promotes communication between the different platforms and services that we use internally, giving us a unique view of our client. We also use it as a specific interaction query due to its declarative interface. We click on the fields we want and add them to the logic. Something that is really fascinating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jitterbit is the way to go,highly customizable with scripts and APIs. This product can be considered for simple integrations, as well as complex integrations with all application systems. If this is what you are looking for, believe me your solution is in this program. I like its whole purpose. It will not disappoint your expectations in at all.
Great product, huge efficiency booster
What do you like best about the product?
JitterBit allows developers to be more productive when doing integrations and allows non-developer technical staff to do integrations, when they wouldn't have been able to without it. Easy to use, great staff to support our initiatives and answer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation shows simple scenarios, but there a lot of best practices that we've had to get from upper-level experts that we couldn't get from the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate various enterprise systems, while increasing velocity. JitterBit so far has been helping us accomplish those goals.
