What do you like best about the product?
We can manage our data calls and tailor the flow of information to fit our specific requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough public documentation on how to Jitterbit integrates with NetSuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving processes out of excel and into a more auditable, accurate vehicle that should improve our reporting capabilities...

Best value on the market for Salesforce.com shops

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I were integrating data from a variety sources in really short order. Training we received was self-paced and effective. And the connectors and examples Jitterbit is helping us tackle increasingly more complex integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The designer tool available at present does not allow us to have multiple windows open simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform is helping improve the speed of sales, conversion, and disbursement of commissions based on production data from our client partners. Doesn't matter if our partners prefer SFTP or API, we're able to build integrations in hours and days as opposed to weeks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hold off of utilizing their Cloud Studio until early 2020.

Jitterbit is a Solid Option for ETL

What do you like best about the product?
It was pretty easy to setup and integration Jitterbit into our Salesforce implementation. And once setup, it has been very easy to maintain. When we get on the phone with our Jitterbit account rep, they ask if there is anything they can do to help us, but we are always all set. The orchestrations continue to operate as designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We needed to get a small hosting account to host their software. This was a one-time additional step we needed to take. Ideally, this would have been 100% cloud-based, but we have been told there are features coming that would enable us to get rid of this small extra account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to pull data from multiple sources (and in multiple data formats), then transform and standardize the data with Jitterbit to have consistent data loads into Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Literally nothing. To say that Jitterbit Studio is in its 10th version cycle is absurd, and an insult to developers who stick to versioning cycles. I cannot get the studio to work on macOS, neither can their support team. The windows version frequently stumbles over itself because it doesn't even handle files on the filesystem properly. The cloud UI is slow and bad, good luck finding any relevant information in the activities page. Oh and try turning off schedules in the projects page just to watch them continue to run anyways! TRASH!
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than everything? No testing, no logging, no real migrations, no true concept of environments, jitterscript is an unholy abomination. All of this is terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None, we're making a myriad of MORE problems!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find any other solution possible. I'm not kidding. It's terrible.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit enables the organization to integrate disparate systems and replace business processes by automation. Jitterbit is an extremely flexible and highly available cloud solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is frequent change applied to the Jitterbit platform which is good, however, due to the frequency, it can sometimes be hard to ascertain what, if any impact there will be to the organisations point to point integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Jitterbit to connect with our data warehouse and other solutions such as the new Amazon Alexa thus enabling our C suite team to easily query organizational KPI's

spend significant time understanding what data, how and when is being passed between endpoints

What do you like best about the product?
Quick response from the customer care manager and the technical team to resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't think the training provided at the JB university was adequate. More needs to be done to train people like me and possibly run classroom training or more videos lessons should be provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, insightful, good error reporting and fantastic knowledge base which makes Jitterbit a reliable product.

Quite satisfied with the product, nothing to dislike until now.

Great Integration platform between Netsuite and our Legacy applications and more

What do you like best about the product?
Allowed our team to quickly setup and configure our NetSuite integrations with their intuitive UI and excellent support team with a very tight project schedule. Our designated Customer Success Manager, technical support experts and the standard support group always made sure that we were truly successful with whatever we were trying to accomplish. I could not emphasize enough how this has helped us get to production a lot quicker than partnering with any other vendors.

Most of the integrations were done with very minimal coding or none at all via the graphical interface. Doing it with Jitterbit literally took hours/days which would have taken longs months if done via custom coding, testing and troubleshooting. Platform has tons of built in functionality and error handling mechanism but also allows you to do custom coding should you have a more complex development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Efficient shared development environment to accommodate multiple developers (built in version control, change history) would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initial use case was to manage our integrations between legacy apps with NetSuite. We are also now starting to use Jitterbit for of our daily ETL processes and API development. Again, having Jitterbit has allowed us to deliver these initiatives a lot quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, reach out to the Jitterbit team for your integration needs and I am sure they will be able to address what you are trying to do with minimum resources needed and less time to ramp up. You''ll immediately realize the savings it can bring and how easy it is to build and manage your integrations.

Jitterbit integrations to databases

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit can be easy to use. They are working on making even easier with their cloud based tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many down sides to using Jitterbit. Having our current setup on prim instead of the cloud can be a bit cumbersome. But that is just do to the fact we haven't transitioned to the Cloud Studio
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integration to bring data from our Financial application, HR Application, and grown system into Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. You won't regret it. It is a solid tool at a very inexpensive cost.

I LOVE Jitterbit!

What do you like best about the product?
It works seamlessly with Salesforce and makes recurring inserts/updates/queries/deletes almost fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. It would be nice if projects had a progress bar or counter or something to manage expectations. There is a little bit of a learning curve as well, but not too bad. Fortunately they have good resources for on boarding and very helpful as you are getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating daily, weekly, monthly and intermittent (as needed) inserts and updates to Salesforce, removing human effort and room for error. We also are using it to declutter as part of a deleting and/or archiving strategy. For example, once a month, we have a scheduled project that queries reports that have not been ran in over 13 months and upon successfully completing that query, we delete those reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get comfortable with the free Jitterbit Data Loader before diving into Jitterbit Harmony.
